COUNCIL BY-ELECTIONS 11.12.25

Nine seats were up for grabs on Thursday, with Labour on the defence in two.  We don't expect Labour to emerge from this round of by-elections with any seats.  They are likely to fall to either Reform or the Tories in Darlington, while the SNP are favourites to take the West Lothian seat from them.
