BURGON'S ISRAELI OWN GOAL

Dickie Burgon travelled to Cuba last week alongside former Labour comrade Jeremy Corbyn and those cheeky Gaelic rappers from Kneecap.  The band of Brit-hating commies were ostensibly delivering medical aid to the communist state, which has endured a US embargo since 1960.  Presumably they were not bold enough to try and crack the Israeli embargo of Gaza, as that would actually physical danger.  It seems that the Kneecap boys are not as tough as they make out, despite banging on about Palestine 365 days a year.

Anyway, speaking of Israel...

Not for the first time, community notes on X has brutally rinsed a politician.  Poor Dickie was not simply delivering medical aid, he was delivering medical aid sourced from the hated Israel!

Burgon was also corrected on his assertion that the embargo is somehow Trump's fault, despite the fact he was barely in high school when the US imposed sanctions against Cuba.  Furthermore, Cuba cut diplomatic ties with Israel in 1973, so any restrictions on Israeli goods predated the first Trump presidency by more than 40 years.

TOON TUESDAY #96

The war on Iran and its consequences dominated last week's toons, with some artists bringing Angela Rayner's insurgency into the equation.  Rayner reportedly delivered a damning speech to Labour activists in a Westminster boozer last week, albeit she did not actually name the dear leader she was obliterating.  The following quote appears to suggest she is very much gearing up for a leadership challenge after May's looming electoral disaster:  "The very survival of the Labour party is at stake.  As a party and a movement we cannot hide, we cannot go through the motions in the face of decline.  We are running out of time."

Downing Street refused to comment.

Are we ready for Rayner?  God help us...

TOON TUESDAY #94

The bulk of this week's selection features the Israeli war on Iran and Keir Starmer's indecision on Britain's participation, or at the very least despatching the Royal Navy to defend the British base in Cyprus.  If Starmer's reluctance was all about taking lessons from history and putting Britain first, it would be a shrewd move we at BTLP would commend.  However, we all know that he is more concerned about the feelings of Britain's fifth column and the safeguarding of his inner city MPs who rely on the Muslim block vote.  He's already too late for that, they are toast no matter what he does...

TRUMP SABOTAGES HIS LEGACY

As sure as Keir Starmer is losing the PLP, President Trump is losing his MAGA base.  His anti-war and 'America First' campaign messages of 2024 have unravelled fast in the last eight months.  A strong start to his presidency began to encounter some bumps six months in, when the bromance with Elon Musk turned into a very bitter public spat.  This was followed quickly by the unthinkable - Trump ordered the bombing of Iranian nuclear facilities.

The bombing was initially met with dismay by many conservatives, but Israel's decision to pull back from its own attacks on Iran gave Trump the opportunity to present the US bombing as a decisive act in delivering a peaceful resolution.

If that had been the end of his administration's overseas military adventures, Trump's place in history would still have been assured.  Then he went and ordered a military strike against Venezuela, culminating in the kidnap of its communist dictator Nicolas Maduro.  Paired with repeated threats against Greenland, a territory of NATO partner Denmark, the pretence about Trump's non-interference policy was up.

His initial refusal to entertain the release of - or even the existence of - files related to suspected Mossad proxy Jeffrey Epstein, also frustrated MAGA loyalists.  This act was enough for the honourable, forthright and hugely popular Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene.  She sensationally resigned from Congress, ditching a $174k salary in the process.

Although rocked by Trump's repeated betrayals, many loyalists continued to nod along.  Then he began building up forces in the Middle East, a region that has tainted many US presidents over the decades, in particular George W Bush.  An attack on Iran seemed inevitable, but the involvement of only one other state in bombing this beleaguered and oppressed nation came as no surprise to anyone with an honest appraisal of the region.  This was no war to safeguard democracy or protect ordinary Iranians against the Mullahs - this was the war that Israel had long craved.  This is a war to remove a threat to Israel.

It's that simple.

MAGA exploded again:  "This is not what we voted for".  Quite.  That's what you're getting though, and if Trump doesn't became a lame duck president after the midterms, things could worsen in the latter half of his term.  Greenland and Cuba?  Nothing appears to be off the table now for a president off the rails.  Is it a rattle-throwing exercise after his overtures for a Nobel Peace Prize fell on deaf ears?  Is it a distraction from the Epstein files?  If either of those things are true, it is a terrible indictment to enact a war that will kill countless thousands, destabilise an entire region, push up domestic inflation and deliver millions more Arab and Persian migrants to towns and cities across Europe - merely due to an act of personal petulance or self preservation.

No, it's more than that.  Israeli influence over the United States has deep roots, and there is growing evidence to suggest the Epstein operation was linked to Mossad.  It might explain Trump's reluctance to entertain the release of the files, most of which will never see the light of day.  An admission that Israel has been in a position to blackmail such high ranking members of government for decades would be hugely damaging for any president to admit - regardless of party affiliation.  The Biden administration did not release any Epstein files at all.

It may be uncomfortable for many on the right to admit, but Benjamin Netanyahu is an indicted war criminal.  Arrest warrants for him and his prime minister Yoav Gallant make for risky travel to Europe, South America, Australasia and much of Africa.  All member states of the International Criminal Court are required to detain and deport Netanyahu and/or Gallant and deliver them to the Hague to face trial for war crimes related to Israel's abhorrent conduct in Gaza.

And yet there is one country that repeatedly hosts Netanyahu in spite of the alleged war crimes: the United States.  The Israeli leader has travelled to the US no less than six times since his indictment in November 2024, including multiple visits to the White House to pose with his puppet.

The US - like Russia, China, Turkey, Iran and Israel - is not a member of the ICC.  Quelle surprise?

The red MAGA hats that became so familiar with Trump supporters dating back to his first presidential campaign over a decade ago, are gradually giving way to 'America First' hats.  The slogan may be associated with Trump, but conservative voices who longed for domestic priorities are using the slogan to remind him that America does not mean Israel by proxy - it means A-M-E-R-I-C-A.

WOKE WEDNESDAYS #49

As if we didn't already know from two summers of weekly protests, the left despise the state of Israel.  And sharing a trait with some elements of the far right, it's not enough to simply voice opposition to a state that routinely attacks and occupies neighbouring territories.  All too often, the left take out their frustrations on ordinary Jews, who they perceive to be linked to a hive mind that makes them equally to blame for the criminal actions of Netanyahu.

The same people call other white people 'racist' if they dare generalise other ethnic groups with negative stereotypes.  But it's OK for the left to do that with Jews - they are fair game - as are white people (the 'gammon' and the 'Karens').

It's rank hypocrisy, but of course such things do not apply to the high and mighty of the self-righteous left.

They have no problem at all in taking a Jewish folk hero and turning their life into a public display of ridicule, purely as a means to insult as many Jews as possible.  And that's what has happened in New York of all places.  It's probably no coincidence that in order to maximise the insult, they chose a city that is home to the largest Jewish population of any city in the world - that's including Israeli cities.

Yes, woke playwright progressives have taken Anne Frank - the most iconic of all the Nazis' Jewish victims - and turned this innocent teenager into a pansexual Latino girl in a relationship with a 'non-binary' person.  They have also thrown in a 'neurodiverse' family in just for progressive measure.  The fact that Anne Frank was barely 15 years old when she died doesn't seem to matter to these degenerates.

The play, entitled Slam Frank, has drawn staunch criticism from Jewish groups.  Naturally, they perceive it as 'disrespectful', which is clearly the intention of the writer.  You see, the people who preach the most about hate, are the most hateful people of all...

MEME MONDAY #39

Normal service has resumed in the past week, with Karl's memes being shared between both Facebook pages.  If you are a Facebook user, be sure to follow both pages if you want to see our memes live.

Mon 9 Jun - 36 shares on the main Facebook page.  Apologies to the Flumps!
Mon 9 Jun - 12 shares on the Facebook backup page
Tue 10 Jun - 555 shares
Wed 11 Jun - 51 shares
Wed 11 Jun - 1,422 shares
Wed 11 Jun - 164 shares.  Globalists awarding globalists for doing globalist
things.  The awards system is corrupt and meaningless.
Thur 12 Jun - 19 shares
Fri 13 Jun - 158 shares
Fri 13 Jun - 16 shares.  Adapted from an article we published last week
Fri 13 Jun - 131 shares
Sat 14 Jun - 12 shares
Sat 14 Jun - 122 shares.  The misspelling of Tonia's surname is
deliberate and has become the norm whenever Karl addresses her.
One Facebook user criticised the misspelling, saying it damages our
credibility and also questioned the accuracy of the meme. Richey
responded thus: "Her amendment aims to legalise abortion 'at an
stage' of the pregnancy. There's no ambivalence in her objective. As
for her name, we've always called her that. She's a piece of shit. If
102,558 followers don't take us at all seriously, no-one is losing any
sleep about it. As long as your *checks notes* one follower takes
you seriously, best of luck to you."
Sun 15 Jun - 72 shares.  The only people who took exception to this in the
comments were upset that it was not a Cross of St George.  At BTLP we are
staunch Unionists and we value the contributions of our Scots, Welsh, Cornish
and Ulster-Scots supporters just as much as those who happen to be of English
descent.  No-one has suffered more under Labour rule this century than the
Welsh and Scots.  We stand with you, always.
Sun 15 Jun - 27 shares.  Posted as a reminder more than anything, as we
must maintain awareness of these seemingly cold cases and ask questions.
Will he be charged? And if not, why not?
Sun 15 Jun - 9 shares.  Corrupt and meaningless.

Karl has been utilising the Facebook stories tool in recent months and has begun tweaking existing memes in order to showcase them in the correct portrait ratio.  Here are a couple from the past week (click to enlarge).

And finally, here is an meme exclusive to binlabour.com that was never deployed on social media, primarily because the Musk-Trump feud died down quicker than an erection at the sight of Tonia Antoneonazi...
