A dramatic lull has followed what was a busy week at the end of May. The last day of May was the latest Channel pick-up, with zero crossings reported in June thus far. Is it the unsettled weather? Has Calais finally run low on colonists? Are the French actively and successfully preventing crossings?
One thing is for certain, normal business will resume shortly.
