COWARDLY CAMPBELL FLUNKS OUT

Tony Blair's right hand man flunked out of a TV debate last night after being challenged about 'truth in politics'.  Appearing on Piers Morgan's Talk TV show, Alastair Campbell was involved in a fiery exchange with conservative author and commentator Douglas Murray.  Murray took umbrage with Campbell's criticism of the PM, in particular his much spouted views about Boris Johnson's 'moral compass'.  After the bickering pair were finally brought back under control, Murray delivered this damning verdict: "Most people remember Alastair Campbell's career, most people recognise him as being more responsible than anyone in our lifetimes for degrading the idea of truth in politics.  Most people in Britain want to hear Alastair Campbell talking about truth about as much as they want to hear Jeffrey Epstein about the age of consent.  The idea that Alastair Campbell is any kind of expert on truth or decency is absolutely laughable."

Campbell was furious and again tried to talk over Murray.  In responding, Campbell labelled Murray a 'right-wing non-entity' to which his opponent broke into laughter.  Murray then repeatedly taunted Campbell about Dr David Kelly.  On the third mention of Kelly's name, Campbell decided to cut and run, claiming that he had been misled about Murray's presence.  Murray continued to mock him as he hung up, beaming with a wide grin.

Click below for the clip (WARNING: Clip also contains Piers Morgan).

Staunch Remainer Campbell has had it in for Boris Johnson since the EU referendum and has ramped up his anti-Boris rhetoric since he became PM.  On Thursday morning he was again ripping into Johnson on his Twitter profile, accusing him of 'trashing and debasing the highest office in the land'.

As Douglas Murray quite rightly points out - that's a bit rich coming from a war mongerer like Campbell.

STARMER PASSES FOR HUMAN BEING

If Keir Starmer's appearance on Piers Morgan's Life Stories had gone out prior to last month's elections, it would have been far better for his profile than his daft photo opportunities with wallpaper, boxing gloves and fish and chips.  What viewers saw last night were glimpses of an actual human being beneath the dull, wooden, robotic exterior.  He spoke emotionally about very personal issues such as the loss of his mother to a rare form of debilitating arthritis known as Still's disease.  He also joked - or at least attempted to - as we got a snapshot of him from his Oxford University days in the 1980s.

It was during this exchange that Morgan pushed Starmer on drug use back in the day.  It may have been more prudent if he had confessed to a dabble, rather than persistently evading the question by saying that he'd 'had a good time'.  His response merely suggested that drugs lead to a good time.  Click below for the clip.

At times this interview was incredibly cringeworthy, in particular his attempts to come across as an alpha male.  This is the man who tried to sack Angela Rayner and ended up bestowing on her more titles and power than she had previously.  This is the man who literally couldn't punch his way out of a paper bag.  So when he implies that he's some kind of hard man on the football pitch who would 'knock Boris Johnson over', it's pathetic and embarrassing - not least because the viewers all know that the opposite is true.

Crucially, when it came to party policy, Starmer was typically vague and lacked any tangible substance.  So while this interview may have opened a few eyes to something approaching a human being, it also reminded them that he has absolutely nothing to offer.

SBS HERO CANCELLED

Figures on the left such as Owen Jones claim that 'cancel culture' is a myth, but it seems that barely a week goes by now without some public figure being 'cancelled'.  Of course they're never cancelled for holding hard left Marxist views, racially taunting white people or voicing anti-feminist pro-trans opinions.  No, you're only cancelled if you hold what seems like the mildest conservative views, including a refusal to bow down to the Marxist cult of BLM.

Ex-SBS hero Ant Middleton is the latest celeb to fall.  The chief instructor on Channel 4 show SAS: Who Dares Wins has been told that he will never work for the channel again: "It has become clear that our views and values are not aligned and we will not be working with him again" a Channel 4 statement read.  Whatever could they mean?

Well, last year Ant was involved in two huge rows on social media in relation to coronavirus and Black Lives Matter.  At the beginning of the pandemic he released a video in which he declared he would ignore Covid restrictions and urged his followers to do the same.  A few months later, when rival groups clashed in London, he referred to BLM and EDL protesters as 'absolute scum'.  Now Channel 4 are not too fussed about anyone slating the likes of the English Defence League, but throw BLM in there and clearly there's going to be a problem.

Although his BLM tweet was eight months ago and he has since filmed two more series of Who Dares Wins, the increasingly toxic climate of the entertainment industry has spurred Channel 4 to cancel him, although Middleton himself claims he quit.  The Mirror claims that his removal from the show was actually down to 'inappropriate comments' to females on set.  Fortunately he was able to provide his side of the story on Good Morning Britain, where he was lauded by a typically disingenuous Piers Morgan - the man who changes his opinion about things depending on which way the wind is blowing.  One minute he is a lockdown fanatic, then he endorses BLM protests in spite of lockdown and now he is creeping up the arse of a man who not only described those protesters as 'scum', but is also one of the 'covidiots' that Morgan likes to lecture viewers about.

Watch Ant's GMB appearance in full below (if you can stomach the hypocritical parasite that is Piers Morgan).

ITV AMBUSH CONSERVATIVE

The pro-totalitarian bias of the mainstream media was in full swing on Good Morning Britain this week as young conservative commentator Dominique Samuels was ambushed in a pile-on.  Samuels had been called in to provide a libertarian voice amid discontent over the government's covert plan to introduce vaccine passports (also known as freedom passes).  However, the head-to-head debate between Dominique and opponent Darryl Morris was insidiously transformed into an all-out attack on the 22-year-old.  Presenter Kate Garraway couldn't contain her hostility towards Samuels and what was clearly two against one became three against one when a third participant was introduced into the debate out of the blue.

While Dominique held her own amid the increasingly aggressive tone of Garraway, the bias was there for all to see, and although loudmouth lockdown enthusiast Piers Morgan was not present, he still made his feelings known via Twitter...

And Morgan calls himself a 'liberal'.

You can watch the full exchange below (bearing in mind that despite what the presenters say, it has already been proven that the government awarded a contract for the development of freedom passes back in November).

Samuels received little support in the print media, with The Sun suggesting she somehow caused Kate Garraway to have a 'sleepless night' amid her husband's ongoing battle with coronavirus.  That's low.

GOOD ON MILLWALL

Back in September when the latest football season commenced, it did so without the presence of fans in stadia.  The pandemic coincided with the rise of Black Lives Matter and the football authorities seized on a perfect opportunity to lend their support without any potential flashpoints.  Absurdly the custom of 'taking the knee' is still happening at football matches three months later, but now that fans are being allowed back in to some games they are able to voice their opinions about it either way.  At Millwall and West Ham United's home games they did just that.

However, only Millwall have been singled out for condemnation by the woke media.  A full-on cover-up appears to have been put in place about West Ham fans, with the only significant news report of it being deleted (see below).  Thankfully, one Twitter user recorded it, although the commentators appear to completely ignore it.  Could it be that Millwall - a club with a notorious set of fans - have been scapegoated by a media whose agenda is to show that discontent with the BLM project is isolated and to be found just at one club?

Of course there is anger at BLM, particularly in the nation's capital where BLM thugs ran riot in the streets and desecrated sacred monuments such as the Cenotaph.  Imagine how angry ordinary fans must have been sat at home while their players sported the name 'Black Lives Matters' on the back of their shirts and took the knee.  While the sanctimonious Piers Morgan took to his morning slot with a pathetic swipe at how 'stupid' Millwall fans are, it could be asked how such a superior intellect can fail to see that BLM was founded by Marxists with an insidious agenda of using race as a means to undermine and destroy Western civilisation.  Only a Marxist or an idiot would support such an organisation - which one are you Piers?

While the media won't generally sanction anti-BLM commentary, there were plenty of dissenting voices online.  Actor and budding politician Laurence Fox was embroiled in a lengthy Twitter spat with the odious Morgan and challenged him to allow him on Good Morning Britain.  That challenge effectively silenced Morgan as he wasn't interested in giving Fox TV airtime.  Blue Labour's Paul Embery also defended Millwall fans by pointing out they had twice voted black midfielder Jimmy Abdou their player of the season.  Tory minister George Eustice courted media controversy by saying that BLM is a "political movement that is different to what most of us believe in".  His comments sparked headlines such as: "Minister fails to condemn Millwall fans".

Brendan O'Neill wrote an excellent piece for his Spiked blog on the incident, writing: "The Millwall incident was fairly minor in the scheme of things.  But the furious, even demented response to it is incredibly revealing.  It confirms that there is a chasm-sized gap between the elites and ordinary people.  And it confirms that the woke elites will brook no dissent whatsoever to their divisive agendas of critical race theory and woke re-education.  I predict more booing.  I hope there’s more booing".  He also appeared on Sky News Australia to discuss it - he was probably not welcome at British Sky as they have done more than most to push the BLM agenda.  Click below to watch.

The more they force feed BLM down the throats of ordinary people the more people will regurgitate it and push back.  The BBC's decision to have fictional character the Vicar of Dibley give a BLM 'sermon' in her Christmas special will do nothing but thicken that wedge between the corporation and ordinary working class folk.

GREEN FINALLY APOLOGISES

Labour's Kate Green has finally apologised for remarks she made during the party's virtual conference last week, in which she referred to the pandemic and urged activists not to let 'a good crisis go to waste'.  Appearing on Good Morning Britain she was confronted by host Piers Morgan and forced into an apology, something which appeared to have been sorely lacking in the eight days that have passed since her comments (not five days as Morgan suggests).

Green said she had expressed 'regret' previously 'whenever she was asked to', but she has made no such statement on her social media.  In fact instead of issuing an apology last week she instead lashed out at Priti Patel over the Home Secretary's suggestion that some members of the traveller community were involved in crime (no shit).  Green said she was "deeply distressed and angry" in a Twitter post.  Got a brass neck this one.  If Morgan hadn't mentioned Green's coronavirus remark it's highly doubtful she would have volunteered an apology.

Click below for Morgan's interrogation of the hapless Green, who remains in her post as Shadow Education Secretary.

ROW OVER STARMER'S ISOLATION

Piers Morgan has clashed with Labour's Kate Green over Keir Starmer's self-isolation.  He and co-presenter Susanna Reid were keen to get an update and also find out how the Starmers got such swift access to a Covid test, but Green didn't want to discuss the situation.  Morgan wasn't happy, but Green wouldn't budge.  We now know that Starmer's daughter's Covid test has come back negative, something which Boris Johnson alluded to at PMQs.  The PM asked aloud: "Why's he not here?"

Watch the GMB exchange below.

Kate Green is Labour's Shadow Education Secretary, having replaced the sacked Rebecca Long-Bailey in June.  She is typical of the metropolitan elites that have suffocated the party and alienated working class communities.  Having left university with a law degree she initially embarked on a career in banking before entering the legal profession.  When she was parachuted into the Stretford and Urmston constituency for the 2010 general election it was her second shot at joining the Westminster gravy train.  She was made an OBE in 2005 in recognition of her charity work in relation to child poverty.

PIERS BLAMES KHAN FOR LATEST ARREST

Piers Corbyn on Saturday prior to his latest arrest

Jeremy Corbyn's older brother has been arrested for the third time this year after spearheading yet another anti-lockdown protest.  Piers Corbyn is already facing trial in October for his role in previous protests and he has now been slapped with a £10k fine under new coronavirus legislation.  His latest arrest came at the 'Unite for Freedom' rally in London on Saturday, attended by thousands of corona-deniers, anti-vaxxers and 5G conspiracy theorists.  David Icke spoke at the same rally.

Speaking to TalkRadio's Ian Collins on Monday afternoon, Piers claimed that the order to arrest him had come 'from on high' and was politically motivated.  He suggested Sadiq Khan was behind the decision, but admitted he had no proof - much like his many bizarre claims about coronavirus.

One very good point that Piers did make was the double standards with regards to Black Lives Matter, who have repeatedly held mass demonstrations across the country throughout the pandemic without a single fine.  Indeed, as Piers Corbyn's rally was taking place there was a BLM rally nearby that appeared to be given a free rein.  Corbyn used this to be back up his earlier claim about Khan: "Sadiq Khan believes in lockdowns and also believes in Black Lives Matter".

You can see the full interview below.  Look out for Collins' wry dig about downloading 'Plandemic' in response to Corbyn's 5G conspiracy nonsense...

Corbyn broke further into the mainstream on Tuesday morning when he appeared on Good Morning Britain and clashed with another Piers.  While Morgan and his co-presenter did their best to debunk Corbyn's madcap theories, it was the introduction of Dr Hilary Jones that took the debate into fiery territory.  A clearly seething Dr Hilary began by declaring Corbyn's claims "extremely dangerous and littered with errors" before proceeding to obliterate them one by one.

Dr Hilary finished his opening gambit by telling Corbyn: "You are dangerous, you shouldn't be preaching, you're not medically qualified, I don't know where you get your rubbish fake news from and you shouldn't be on air".  He might have mentioned too that like his younger brother, Piers had never had a proper job in his life.  After qualifying as an astrophysicist Corbyn served one term as a Labour councillor before trying to make a living predicting the weather.  He appears to get most of his ideas about coronavirus from dodgy sources on the internet.

Watch below.

Many GMB viewers will have been left flabbergasted that Jeremy Corbyn has turned out to be the more rational of the two brothers!

MSM SPOOFED

The coronacrisis has exposed the mainstream media for the corrupt, dishonest and shameless beast that it is.  The relentless onslaught against Dominic Cummings and his family has shown that British journalism is in the gutter like never before.  The latest hilarious offering from Spoofed alludes to the woeful standard of mainsteam journalism...

CHEERLEADERS FOR THE MOB

In the last few days the family home of Dominic Cummings has not only been targeted by a pack of press hyenas, but a number of protesters too.  One of the cheerleaders for the outrage is, of course, Piers Morgan.  Morgan has been unrelenting in his attacks on Cummings, just a few months on from his indignation at the treatment of the tragic TV presenter Caroline Flack.  In the aftermath of Flack's suicide, Morgan was an exponent of the hashtag #BeKind.  Yet in one recent tweet he suggests that Cummings was "literally prepared to kill his niece".  How times have changed?

In recent days Morgan has repeatedly clashed with Brexiteer Arron Banks on Twitter as to the motives of the industrial-scale assault on Cummings.  Banks claims that Remainers are largely behind the hate campaign out of vengeance for Cummings' involvement in Vote Leave and his role in helping implement Brexit.  While Morgan quite rightly points out that he himself supported the Leave mandate throughout 2019, despite backing Remain in 2016 - there is certainly evidence to back up Banks' claim.

On Sunday a huge screen was parked up outside Cummings' home and a video blasted out showing victims of coronavirus among other clips.  The stunt was carried out by the Remain group Led By Donkeys, famous for its anti-Brexit billboards.

Placard-waving protesters have also picketed the Cummings household and a video shared by The Independent shows Cummings being shouted out at as he walks down the street.  The newspaper claims that the people involved are neighbours of Cummings, but if you watch the video (below) you'll notice that the video is credited to a Twitter account called @LiveInUKLoveEU.  It's in the top left corner as the video begins.

Remember that this is all taking place outside a family home.  The child at the centre of Cummings' lockdown travels is inside that house and potentially witness to all this disruption.  Whatever your own views about Cummings' actions, is this a just response?  How many of these people were disgusted by what happened to Caroline Flack?  How would they feel if someone took things further and someone got hurt as a result of the mob mentality they are cheering now?

As one commentator pointed out, Cummings is so frequently met by a mob of reporters outside his home that this is the kind of attention that may have driven him to flee London in the first place.  The constant media circus outside his home (even prior to this scandal) meant that his location was easily known to left-wing extremists and Remain activists.  This morning the press even sunk as low as to show up outside the gates of the Cummings farm in Durham.

The Independent's lie that it was Cummings' own neighbours screaming at him over the weekend was lapped up by his local MP - hardcore Remainer Emily Thornberry.  The following rather distasteful tweet surely rivals her infamous white van effort of 2014.

The targeting of Cummings' family home has also been applauded by the likes of Corbynistas such as Owen Jones and Ash Sarkar, again repeating the lie that the protesters were Cummings' own neighbours.  Sarkar in particular is well known for bemoaning the abuse she gets online, so you can imagine the self-indulgent outpourings if someone - just one person, let alone a mob - actually showed up on her doorstep.  When Owen Jones was assaulted outside a pub last year he embarked on a media tour to discuss the incident.  Many on the right questioned whether it actually happened at all (turns out it did), but no-one condoned it.  Looking at how the harassment and abuse of Dominic Cummings is being cheered on, one of the key differences between left and right is being laid bare once more.

TWITTER BANS LABOUR ACTIVIST

The Labour activist who tweeted his delight at finding out Nadine Dorries had contracted Covid-19 has been banned from Twitter.

The platform took action minutes after his disgusting tweet was shared by Piers Morgan.  Will the Labour Party follow suit?  Don't hold your breath!

Lord Mann, formerly the Labour MP for Bassetlaw in Nottinghamshire, was already aware of Matthews.  Earlier today the peer referred to previous comments made by Matthews about Meghan Markle, although he does not expand further.  Unfortunately we can't check this out as Matthews' Twitter account has been removed.

Certainly there's no love lost between the pair as Matthews dedicates a lengthy Facebook post to attacking Mann labelling him the "epitome of a parasite Labour MP".

MORGAN'S TRANS CLASH WITH NANDY

Lisa Nandy's appearance on Good Morning Britain was her first proper car crash interview of this never-ending leadership campaign.  Last month Nandy enthusiastically endorsed a 'trans' pledge sheet and Piers Morgan was keen to dissect her thoughts.  Long-Bailey endorsed the same pledges, but not Starmer.  It didn't start well for a somewhat tired-looking Nandy, the bags under her eyes suggesting that this absurdly long contest may be taking its toll, plus the fact she was probably in the studio at 6am this morning.  Having started by completely ignoring Morgan's opening gambit she went on to repeatedly avoid answering any questions directly.

Nandy:  I will not allow this to become a zero sum battle between two people...
Morgan:  But nor will you give me a straight answer Lisa.

The words 'straight answer' (and lack of one) were replicated over and over again throughout the rest of the interview as Nandy got increasingly flustered by Morgan's pursuit of a straight answer.

Nandy:  You are doing what too many people have done in this...
Morgan:  What, asking a straight question?

The question was whether someone like Usain Bolt could self-identify as a woman and compete in women's sport.  The notion is clearly absurd, but Lisa wouldn't dare agree.  The trans lobby are not only becoming a powerful voice they are also growing ever more intolerant of anyone who opposes their insidious agenda.  Only last night trans activists protested and set off smoke bombs outside a meeting of a feminist Labour group calling itself the 'Labour Women's Declaration'.  Look at what happened to former sports stars Sharron Davies and Martina Navratilova when they dared to suggest that athletes who were born males have physical advantages over female competitors.

Nandy tried to play both sides this morning (a bit like Brexit), but in doing so made few friends on either side and probably extinguished any glimmer of hope she had for actually winning the leadership.  Her arrogant assessment of how this interview would be perceived by viewers only goes to show how out of touch she is with reality.  It's goodnight from Lisa.

Watch the full exchange below.

COUNCILLOR HITS OUT AT "TORY PIGS"

Cllr McCusker pictured with Rebecca Long-Bailey

A senior Labour councillor on Salford City Council is under investigation after posting an offensive message on a Conservative Facebook page.  Cllr Mike McCusker represents the Eccles ward, but is also a cabinet member responsible for planning, housing and development.  He wrote the post in response to a Conservative appeal for candidates in the forthcoming local elections.  Boundary changes mean that all 60 seats on the council are up for re-election in May.

Salford's Tory group lodged a complaint over McCusker's comments.  He has since apologised, but said the post was taken out of context.  He told the Manchester Evening News that he posted the comment in response to another that read:  "In Salford a pig sporting a red rosette will be elected".  That comment was posted by a member of the public and referred to the fact Salford has always been a solid Labour council.  Going into the local elections Labour hold 51 of the 60 council seats, the Tories are currently on eight.

The news broke the day after hard left journalist/activist Ash Sarkar appeared on the BBC's Question Time.  Discussing the death of Caroline Flack she attacked the mainstream media, something that her old adversary Piers Morgan was quick to exploit...

UPDATE 25.02.20

Cllr McCusker is now under a second investigation after another social media outburst in which he lashed out at Irish party Fine Gael.  He posted a picture of Fine Gael leader Leo Varadkar with the caption 'Bye' and then underneath remarked:  "I may have offended Fine Gail [sic] and Leo Varadkar with this post.  That was my intention you Blue Shirt bastards.  No apologies to you twats".  What an angry man!

RED KEN IN DENIAL

Fresh from his recent 'foot in the train door' episode, Red Ken appeared on Good Morning Britain earlier in an ill-tempered clash with Piers Morgan over, yes you guessed it - anti-Semitism.  Trotting out the usual hard left denial that such a thing even exists in the Labour Party, Livingstone repeatedly accused Morgan of telling lies.  He denied saying Hitler was a Zionist, blaming former Labour MP John Mann for that 'smear'.  John Mann this morning retweeted Ken's interview, without comment.

PIDCOCK TRIES TO DEFEND ASHWORTH

Following yesterday's disastrous leak for Labour's Jon Ashworth, it was Laura Pidcock's turn to field some awkward questions this morning.  Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid were keen to explore some of Ashworth's remarks with Laura, but she was intent on bringing the conversation back to the NHS.  Labour have been desperate to focus on the NHS this election for very good reason.  Their Brexit policy is a disaster in the north of England, south Wales and the Midlands, areas where Labour couldn't afford to lose seats if they were to stand any chance of winning this election.  As a Remainer, Pidcock is also naturally keen to avoid the Brexit issue.  She is under threat of losing her North West Durham seat tomorrow night to the Conservatives and is predicted to cling on at best.

It's almost impossible to fathom how Pidcock is so often spoke of as a 'future Labour leader'.  If this is the best the hard left have to offer, they will never win an election.

LADY NUGEE LABOUR LEADER, YES PLEASE!

Emily Thornberry was mentioned as a potential successor to Corbyn on Sky this morning.  Yes, seriously.  The bookies currently have her between 8/1 (SkyBet) and 12/1 (Ladbrokes), that's around level pegging with Angela Rayner, but behind Wrong-Bailey and the favourite Keir Starmer.  It's quite remarkable that she's even considered an option, but then just behind her in the stakes is the woeful Laura Pidcock.  Both of them are utterly dreadful and by regarding either as a potential leader shows just how weak the Labour PLP has become.  However, if this Sun report is to be believed, Lady Nugee may not even be an MP this Christmas.

Conveniently the Sun fails to publish details of the 'internal poll' and it's hard to see the Lib Dems coming from third place to overturn a 20,000 majority.  Certainly the Lib Dems are polling very strongly in Remain voting London, but they're still third behind Labour and the Tories, so perhaps best to take the Sun's article with more than a pinch of salt.

Islington South & Finsbury general election 2017

Emily Thornberry (Lab) 30,188 (62.8%) +11.9%
Jason Charalambous (Con) 9,925 (20.7%) -1.6%
Alain Desmier (Lib Dem) 5,809 (12.1%) +1.2%
Benali Hamdache (Green) 1,198 (2.5%) -5.1%
Pete Muswell (UKIP) 929 (1.9%) -5.7%

Yesterday Thornberry appeared on Good Morning Britain to take on the might of Morgan and Reid.  Predictably it didn't go well.  Bleary eyed and quite frankly looking like shit, she stumbled through the interview and at one point said she hoped the public would back Leave in another referendum.  "It's a quarter to seven in the morning" bemoaned Thornberry as she corrected herself.  Too much late night champers with Diane Abbott and Shami Chakrabarti?

For his part, Piers Morgan repeated what we've said for the past couple of weeks - that Labour's second referendum would be a choice between Remain and... Remain ie. that their renegotiated deal would effectively keep us inside the EU anyway.  This is the big Labour con going into this election, pretending that we will get a choice, when in fact there would be no Leave option.

At BTLP we would be over the moon if Thornberry took over from Corbyn, but surely even the Labour membership can see that she wouldn't be fit to lead the Monster Raving Loony Party, let alone Her Majesty's Opposition.  Then again, if you'd have asked anybody twenty years ago that one day a balloon head backbencher called Jeremy Corbyn would have led the party you'd be met by laughter.  Also, let's not forget that in a Labour government Lady Nugee would be the Foreign Secretary, one of the four Great Offices of State.  Diane Abbott would occupy one of the other positions.  Let that sink in.

MORGAN'S INANE TWITTER TUESDAY

Piers Morgan revived his Twitter spat with Dave Lammy earlier this evening after he appeared to suggest the daft remoaner may have been napping in the Commons.  It's only three weeks since their last clash.

Lammy fired back saying that the video had been cropped and he was actually using his mobile phone at the time (fair point).  Morgan wasn't going to leave it there and it rumbled on...

One MP who was definitely nodding off today was Labour frontbencher Barry Gardiner.  One Twitter user said they were quite impressed he could manage it without his Harrods sheets, a reference to Gardiner's involvement in the expenses scandal.

Meanwhile, Piers Morgan followed his Lammy exchange by taking on two more famous remoaners, namely Alastair Campbell and the odious Gary Lineker, although sadly this revolved around who had the most Twitter followers.  Sad.

THE MADNESS OF CROWDS

The excellent Douglas Murray has a new book out at the moment and he's been busy doing the rounds promoting it.  Unlike the hideous Labour narcissist Jess Phillips, who is also promoting a book this week, Douglas has not been able to command much in the way of mainstream TV interviews.  Why?  Because he doesn't pull his punches when it comes to what mainstream media regards as 'sensitive' issues such as Islamism and multi-culturalism.  Owen Jones refuses to share a platform with him (because the wee shite knows that Douglas would wipe the floor with him in a debate).  The fact that Murray is openly gay also riles up Jones.

The Madness of Crowds:  Gender, Race & Identity is Murray's sixth book and is already a number one bestseller.  You can purchase a signed copy here, or a cheaper version here.  Meanwhile, see below for a selection of Murray's interviews from his promo rounds.

Douglas chats to Rod Liddle for the Sunday Times (5min).

One of Douglas's rare TV appearances this week was on Good Morning Britain where he debated 'wokeness' with Piers Morgan and a model called Eunice Olumide (12mins).

Here Douglas chats to Talk Radio's Julia Hartley-Brewer (56mins).

Douglas chats to the left-leaning Joe website (39mins).

Douglas chats with Peter Whittle, London Assembly Member and former Ukipper (41min).

MORGAN TAKES DOWN DAFT DAVE

Piers Morgan has been embroiled in a second Twitter row involving a Labour MP.  Last week he was told by Bermondsey MP Neil Coyle to "go f*** yourself", ironically in the same week Labour MPs were creating hysteria over language used by Boris Johnson.  Morgan has continued the spat this morning by telling Coyle:  "You're a disgrace to your constituents and to Parliament".

Yesterday Morgan took on daft Dave Lammy, again in a row linked to Labour's hypocrisy over 'dangerous language'.

Lammy then took the dispute down a bizarrely surreal avenue of pastry products.  Note that Dave uses the waving hand emoji at the end of his tweet, indicating that this was a 'dropped mike' tweet aimed at closing the argument.  Morgan struck back in fashion and it was Dave who was silenced.

Morgan kept up his attack this morning and eventually he obtained the rarest of responses from a politician - an admission that they were wrong.  That this was Dave Lammy is an astonishing feat.

Although he has now deleted the tweet, we can reveal that it was a video of Boris Johnson being pelted with missiles to which Lammy commented:  "Boris Johnson as popular as ever".  The tweet and video can be seen here.  Eagle-eyed Morgan noted that the video was not from the current Tory conference, as clearly inferred, but from 2015.  It was also a further display of rampant hypocrisy at a time when Labour are attacking the government over 'dangerous language'.

Stellar performance from Piers.  Morgan 4 Lammy 0.

NUGEE VS MORGAN

Emily Thornberry is simply dreadful.  She has no class, despite her lofty background and marriage into the elite.  She speaks with a plum in her mouth, but refuses to take the title of Lady Nugee, while speaking in blunt terminology that she mistakenly believes somehow ingratiates herself to the working classes her party abandoned long ago.

You've got nothing in common with the workers Nugee and your insane Remain policy has potentially demolished your party in your traditional heartlands.  What a treacherous snob.
