BLAIRITES BEHIND PROJECT FEAR SAYS GALLOWAY

Lefty Brexiteer George Galloway has gone off on a wild rant about 'Blairite actors' during a show on Russian state-sponsored broadcaster Sputnik.  Dismissing Project Fear stories about medicine shortages he says many on the left are falling for such 'guff' while at the same time seeing through claims that Jeremy Corbyn is a racist.  He says both messages are being circulated by the likes of Tony Blair, Alastair Campbell, John Major, the CBI and the banks.  Well, he's at least half right...

PROJECT FEAR GOES DOWN UNDER

In one of the most over the top doom-laden prophecies of a no deal Brexit, Emily Thornberry has spoken of "chaos", "panic" and "panic buying".  She also used the term "civil unrest" twice and rattled off the standard Project Fear favourites of food and medicine shortages.  The difference here was that she wasn't addressing a British audience, it was an interview with a reporter from the New Zealand Herald.  Quite why this bizarre woman is promoting Project Fear on the other side of the world is anyone's guess.  Hilariously she espouses a second referendum to overturn the first one and virtually in the next breath says that "we are democrats and will do as we're told".  The brass neck!

MIRROR GOES FULL ON PROJECT FEAR

No, the above headline is not a meme.  It is a genuine headline published by the Mirror here.

The original 'Project Fear' ahead of the 2016 referendum was full of such outlandish claims that it was joked that the next thing they would predict was a biblical plague.  Fast forward to 2019 and ahead of our departure we face Project Fear Mk II and an actual prediction of a biblical plague.

Not sure what is more laughable about this story, the plague of rats itself or the Mirror's assessment of the gullibility of its readership.

ZEICHNER'S PROJECT FEAR

Project Fear Mark II thunders ahead with the latest round of stark predictions from the Remain/Remoan side.  Last week we had a couple of outlandish Brexit warnings from Labour figures including Diane Abbott and Daniel Zeichner.  The Labour MP for Cambridge stood up in the Commons and claimed that no deal would mean "no holidays".

Leave.EU founder Arron Banks yesterday accused a "very vicious group of Labour MPs" of trying to undermine Brexit.  We know who they are and they make no apologies for it.  Keir Starmer, Ben Bradshaw, Stephen Ki££ock, Dave Lammy and Chuka Umunna are just a few names that spring to mind...
