A BIT RICH, COMRADE

There aren't many days on which the First Minister of Wales doesn't take aim at UK government policy on Twitter.  Following the failure of the Rwanda policy it was suggested that some of the migrants could be given electronic tags, so that they don't abscond from bail.  They have, after-all, entered the UK illegally.  This was all lost on open borders enthusiast Mark Drakeford who lambasted the very suggestion...

Of course not so long ago the Welsh Commissar effectively closed the Welsh border several times and told, specifically, English people to stay away.  What if they too were 'seeking safety and sanctuary' Mr Drakeford?  Does this sanctuary of which you speak only apply to foreigners?  Or was this merely an opportunity for you to flex your socialist nanny state muscles, an opportunity that no comrade could fail to seize with both limp-wristed hands?

As for treating people with 'dignity and respect'.  Was it not only a few months ago that people in Wales who had not received an experimental and potentially fatal Covid vaccine were largely excluded from society?  They were treated like second class citizens, criminalised and barred from hospitality.  Meanwhile, the compliant ones were forced to present their papers or digital ID in order to participate in society and failure to do so would relegate them to the lowly status of the unjabbed lepers.

Those who may be tagged by immigration officials have entered this country illegally Mr Drakeford.  They may well pose a threat to the security and safety of our citizens - as with the abhorrent bombing of the Manchester Arena that cost so many lives.  What is abhorrent about looking after the safety of your own citizens?  Is that not what you were doing with your over-the-top Covid restrictions?

We strongly suspect it was more likely that you merely leapt at the chance to stamp your socialist authority on the proletariat and when some refused to comply you created an apartheid society.  You will undoubtedly be gagging to do so again, especially seeing as Covid restrictions in Wales are 'paused' as opposed to 'ended'.

TOGETHER PETITION TO NUMBER TEN

A 360,000 name petition was handed in to Downing Street on Monday against vaccine passports and vaccine mandates.  The Together declaration was delivered to Number Ten by a delegation that included Tory backbencher Steve Baker (see above picture).  Also present were the Together chair Alan Miller (centre), alongside campaigners Adam Brooks, Tonia Buxton and Richard Taylor - all of whom have been seen on GB News recently, whereas the mainstream media have predictably ignored the story altogether.

The Together delegation were later joined by DUP MP Sammy Wilson, Reclaim's Laurence Fox and Dr Steve James, the NHS consultant who confronted Sajid Javid over the mandate that will see people like him lose their jobs.  While many Tory voters believe that the government will repeal the NHS mandate prior to April 1, the NHS confirmed yesterday that it will begin sacking tens of thousands of workers in just two weeks time.  So much for a pandemic that is threatening to 'overwhelm' the NHS!

Alan Miller spoke to supporters briefly outside Downing Street (see video below) and bemoaned the lack of support from trade unions such as Unite and Unison, who have drawn a collective deaf 'un despite the rampant discrimination that is threatening the livelihoods of thousands of NHS staff.  Also disgracefully ignoring the plight of NHS workers is Starmer and his MPs, most of whom voted for the mandate.

99 PROBLEMS FOR BORIS

There was an audible gasp when the results were announced for the Commons vote on vaccine passports for England.  126 noes were recorded - 99 of which were from Tory backbenchers.  It was the biggest rebellion of Boris Johnson's deteriorating premiership and meant that the PM was effectively bailed out by Labour.  Many of the Tory rebels had never voted against their government prior to Tuesday.  Even the newest Tory MP - James Brokenshire's replacement Louie French - opposed the passes.

The breakdown of how the parties voted is as follows.

Ayes - 369

Conservative - 226

Labour - 142

SDLP - 1

31 Tories either abstained or were absent, including Theresa May.

48 Labour MPs did not vote, some of whom were self-isolating due to another Covid outbreak in the Labour ranks.

There was a significant split in the Socialist Campaign Group of MPs.  Six of the eight Labour MPs who voted against the passes were SCG members - Diane Abbott, Apsana Begum, Dawn Butler, Clive Lewis, Rebecca Long-Bailey and Bell Ribeiro-Addy.  Jeremy Corbyn (who remains an independent) also voted against.  However, John McDonnell voted for the passes - as did Paula Barker, Ian Byrne, Rachel Hopkins, Kim Johnson, Andy McDonald, Rachael Maskell, Navendu Mishra, Lloyd Russell-Moyle, Sam Tarry, Mick Whitley, Nadia Whittome and Beth Winter.  Others, including Richard Burgon and Zarah Sultana, did not vote.

The other two Labour MPs who voted against the passes were Emma Lewell-Buck (South Shields) and Graham Stringer (Blackley & Broughton).

David Lammy, who had previously mocked the idea of vaccine passports, did not vote on Tuesday.  It's not clear why.

LAMMY'S VAX PASS U-TURN

Labour's new shadow foreign secretary has told the BBC that Plan B measures are in the 'national interest' - despite having previously labeled domestic vaccine passports as 'social apartheid'.  Dave Lammy said that the measures were required in the face of a 'health emergency'.  Just a reminder that as of Monday evening the percentage of UK hospital beds occupied by Covid patients stood at just 5.2 per cent.  Emergency you say?

Lammy also reminded viewers that Labour had always supported the retention of mask mandates.  In Labour-run Wales the mask mandate was never scrapped and vaccine passports are already in use.  Despite these measures, Wales continues to have a greater infection rate than England.  Great argument Dave.

In a monologue on his LBC show earlier this year, Lammy slammed the concept of a domestic vaccine passport, saying they did 'not feel British' and their implementation would be a form of 'social apartheid'.  Quite right Lammy, so what happened in the intervening six months to change your mind?  Certainly not a 'health emergency' that's for sure.

It will be interesting to see if Lammy also backs the vaccine mandate for health care workers, something that will result in tens of thousands of NHS staff being kicked out of their jobs.  Having just described a 'health emergency' that is surely not the best policy in such circumstances.

NON-COMPLIANT CINEMA CASHES IN

A crowdfunding campaign has been set up in support of an independent cinema that refused to comply with Mark Drakeford's vax pass mandate.  Cinema and Co in Swansea announced on Facebook earlier this week that they would be ignoring the requirement and customers would not be asked to present their papers.  On Thursday trading standards officers arrived from Labour-run Swansea City Council to shut down the business for 28 days.  In a bizarre move they also confiscated food from the premises.

The owner, Anna Redfern, has vowed to ignore the order and re-open as normal on Friday.  In the mean-time a crowdfunder was set up to support the small independent and amassed more than £10,000 in less than two hours.

Drakeford and his goons have underestimated the strength of feeling over this.  The Cinema and Co escapade has already backfired spectacularly and other small businesses will be looking on in interest as the unity and strength of our movement translates into financial reward.  Do not comply.  Hold the line.  Together we can bring Covid tyranny to an end.

VAX PASS EXTENSION IN WALES

Senedd members have voted to expand the use of vaccine passports in Wales to include theatres, cinemas and concert halls.  The vote passed easily by 39 votes to 15, with Plaid Cymru backing Labour.  The sole Liberal Demcrat MS voted against as did all but one of the Conservatives.  It is not clear which Tory failed to register a vote this time.  In the previous Senedd vote on vaccine passports, Tory MS Gareth Davies infamously gifted Labour victory.

During Tuesday's debate it was argued by Tory MS Janet Finch-Saunders that vax passes would discriminate against the poorest in society, to which a Labour MS responded with a disgusting, sneering remark.  Jenny Rathbone, who represents Cardiff Central, said that people on low incomes could not afford to go to sports matches anyway, 'so let's get real on this one' she added.  Rathbone couldn't contain her amusement at the remark, watch below.

A protest was held outside the Senedd as members debated the passport extension.  Alan Miller, co-founder of the Together declaration, spoke to Tory MS James Evans outside.  Watch below.

Mark Drakeford has threatened to expand the passport scheme to all hospitality sectors if infection rates in Wales don't come down.  That would mean people would have to present their papers in order to go into a pub, restaurant or cafe.  Infection rates are already falling in Wales, but Drakeford has not rescinded his threat.

In a sick twist Tuesday's passport debate was followed by another on forthcoming Remembrance events in Wales.  Remind us again Mr Drakeford what it is that our ancestors fought for?

DRAKEFORD EXPANDS VAX PASSES

In his three-weekly update on Friday, Mark Drakeford confirmed his plans to expand vaccine passports in Wales to cinemas, theatres and concert halls.  Those venues would join nightclubs and large-scale events which are already 'mandated' to check passes.

This is just as we predicted.  Once the initial passport remit clears political legislature the politicians will expand their use to include more and more settings until they have almost complete digital control over our movements.  To further that very point Drakeford added that if virus levels continued to rise in Wales he would add hospitality to the list of venues that will be required to demand a vax pass, meaning that the days of a pint after work or a meal out would no longer be possible without a QR code.

A vax pass for hospitality venues would bring Wales in line with much of the Western world, where citizens cannot go to a pub, restaurant or cafe without papers.  For any so-called democracy to enact such dystopian and apartheid measures is an outrage and we must all resist it.  Thankfully, a number of establishments in Wales have already chosen not to accept Drakeford's mandate, but that's not enough to end this nonsense.  And nonsense it is...

Elsewhere in his briefing Drakeford responded to a media question about vax passes: "Your pass should be very easy to show.  You will then know with people sitting next to you - you are safe".  We know now that none of the Covid vaccines currently in use prevent people catching the virus or passing it on.  In fact, according to recently released UK government data - the vaccinated in all age groups over 30 are more likely to be infected with the virus than the unvaccinated (see table below).

So if the establishment narrative is all about infections - and not hospitalisations and deaths as it should be - then there is simply no case for vaccine passports.  If we say no and we do not comply with this, together we can stop this totalitarian control nonsense in its tracks.  Hold the line.

LABOUR'S THUMBS UP FOR PLAN B

Keir Starmer's colleagues appear to be leaving him behind when it comes to Labour support for the 'Plan B' scenario.  What started earlier in the week as a few backbenchers calling for more restrictions has now spread to Labour's front bench.  On Thursday the shadow health secretary Jonathan Ashworth declared that Labour 'are in favour of Plan B'.  However, this was later contradicted by Starmer who said Plan B was 'the wrong focus'.  A Labour spokesperson confirmed Starmer's view by saying that the focus should be on 'making Plan A work'.

It appears that whatever Starmer's reservations are about Plan B, his front bench colleagues don't share them.  His shadow chancellor told Andrew Marr on Sunday morning that Labour were in favour of Plan B and they 'were relaxed about that'.  Well, clearly your leader isn't.

Starmer knows that Plan B - in particular domestic vax passes - is a very divisive and controversial issue.  That is why he is squirming about it.  We suspect that when it comes to a Commons vote, his party will support the measures anyway.

BUILDING BACK WORSE

The words 'Build Back Better' emblazoned all over the Tory party conference is a familiar slogan for those who follow world politics.  It has been used as a slogan by Joe Biden, Justin Trudeau of Canada and Jacinda Ardern of New Zealand.  Not one of them is a conservative, in fact quite the opposite, which begs the question as to why a 'conservative' government in the UK would adopt the same slogan so enthusiastically.  Some would argue that they have all bought into Klaus Schwab's 'Fourth Industrial Revolution' - alternatively known as the Great Reset.  Certainly everything that is currently happening across the West suggests a co-ordinated direction of travel that would deliver precisely what Schwab and his World Economic Forum are after - total digital enslavement of the human race by way of a QR code.

Lockdown sceptic Steve Baker is not convinced by his party's adoption of the slogan.  The Tory backbencher conducted his own poll on Twitter and after 27,172 votes his concern was clearly shared.

Now Steve Baker is not one for 'wild conspiracy theories', but has said that it's little wonder that such views were gaining a foothold given his government's behaviour over the last 18 months.  Baker will have no doubt been disappointed to hear Sajid Javid adopting a hard line over vaccines in Wednesday's press briefing.  It had been hoped by many, including Baker, that Matt Hancock's replacement would take a more libertarian approach.  However, Javid suggested that a third Covid jab would be required in order to 'keep your freedoms'.

In a further blow to libertarian fears, Javid confirmed that he met with prominent globalist Bill Gates on Thursday.  Gates also met with the Prime Minister earlier this week.

Plan B and digital IDs are on their way.

MS AVOIDS PASSPORT SCRUTINY

The Conservative MS who handed Labour victory on vaccine passports in Wales has been avoiding scrutiny over the scandalous vote.  Earlier this month Gareth Davies (pictured, above) missed the crucial vote on domestic vaccine passports, meaning they passed by one vote.  Davies, who was at the Conservative conference in Manchester, claimed that he could not log into Zoom.  However, despite being given the Senedd speaker's phone number to call his vote in - he did not call.

Davies released one statement following the controversy, in which he confirmed that he was in telephone contact with his chief whip throughout the vote.  The speaker's phone number had been passed to the Tory chief whip.  Davies said he would make a personal statement before the Senedd, but this didn't happen.  In a statement seen by WalesOnline, Davies claims that he could not call the speaker as he was already on the phone to his chief whip.  That is confirmation that he did have the speaker's number, but absolutely no reason why he couldn't hang up and call her - or, as is possible with most smartphones these days, he could have opened up a separate line.

As we alluded to in our previous article, this all stinks of an establishment stitch-up.  When Davies posted a video of himself speaking before the Senedd five days later - via Zoom - he was inundated with negative comments from people furious about his conduct.  Davies responded by blocking all comments on the post.  He now routinely blocks comments on all of his Twitter posts.

Furthermore, he has been blocking Twitter users who have dared to raise valid questions about his missing vote.  Silkie Carlo, the director of libertarian group Big Brother Watch, was blocked after she publicly addressed several questions to Davies.  She had posed five questions, one of which dealt with the missing phone call to the Senedd speaker.

Twitter user Owen Williams tweeted evidence of others who Davies had blocked.

Seeing as Davies was at a party conference alongside Westminster colleagues, we suspect that a senior Tory had a word in his ear and instructed him to miss the vote.  It is pretty clear that the UK government wants domestic vaccine passports rolled out across the country.  The Plan B scenario for England has such measures as part of the package.  If it doesn't happen then we've got this wrong, but with media pressure growing to a crescendo in recent days we sense that a decision is just around the corner.

We cannot and must not allow digital IDs to become a part of daily life.  It will usher in a dystopian apartheid, initially on medical grounds, but in the future it could be expanded to include aspects of social behaviour.  Think China.

LABOUR MPs CALL FOR 'GREEN PASS'

Despite Labour's supposed 'reservations' about domestic vaccine passports, one of their frontbenchers has called for the imposition of a 'green pass'.  A green pass is a form of domestic vaccine passport enforced in countries like Italy and Israel.  Bill Esterson is a shadow minister for international trade.

Esterson's contribution throws into further disarray Labour's hopeless inconsistency on vaccine passports, as we discussed in yesterday's post.  Earlier on Tuesday backbench Labour MP Ben Bradshaw also called for a green pass and the return of lockdown measures.

The imposition of a green pass in Italy has caused massive disruption, leading to huge protests, industrial strikes and blockades (although you won't hear about that in the mainstream media).  In order to try and conceal what is happening on the ground, authorities have even gone as far as to doctor publicly accessible webcams of the port town of Trieste - showing empty streets despite those same streets actually being loaded with thousands of protesters.

We at Bin The Labour Party stand with the protesters.  This is not just about the liberty of Italians, it is about the liberty of citizens of the entire West.  In the former liberal democracies of the West people are currently being fired, refused work and even denied health services and food because they don't have a vaccinations, a QR code or the correct papers.  This is apartheid.  If we allow our governments to create such a society then we literally defecate on the graves of our ancestors who fought to keep our lands free.

Hold the line.

LABOUR'S VAX PASS HYPOCRISY

It's fair to say that Labour have been incredibly inconsistent when it comes to domestic vaccine passports.  They voted against them in Scotland, but have implemented them in Wales.  How will they vote in England?  That's anyone's guess, but when they were proposed earlier this year it appeared they weren't keen at all.  Starmer told the Daily Telegraph that the idea was against 'British sense and instinct' and outsourcing such decisions to pub landlords was 'wrong in principal'.  Fast forward two months and Starmer had changed his tune, telling Nick Ferrari on LBC that he would back them for sports event as long as a negative test could be used in addition to the pass.  However, he was categorical that he didn't want them used in 'everyday settings' such as shops.

A month later he watered down his opposition even further by telling BlackCountryLive: "There will be a role for vaccine passports in the future".  He went on to repeat his mantra that a negative test should be sufficient and vital services should not be affected.

A few days later frontbencher Emily Thornberry wrote that Labour were 'not convinced' by domestic vaccine passports and the party supported a more 'test-driven approach'.

By far the most scathing response towards vax passes came from her fellow frontbencher David Lammy.  He used his LBC radio show to question the 'ethical and legal complications' surrounding the imposition of such a scheme and said that the very notion 'did not feel British'.  He even went as far as to call it what it undoubtedly is - a form of apartheid.  You can watch the clip below.

Given this apparent lack of appetite for domestic vax passes, imagine our lack of surprise to find that when it came to the Labour conference last month - vaccine passports were a requirement of entry.  This was just a few weeks after Thornberry said the party was 'not convinced'.  Furthermore, despite having been double jabbed or tested negative, delegates were also required to mask up!

When the vote inevitably comes to the Commons in the next month or two, there is little hope that under Starmer's feeble leadership Labour will do anything more than abstain.  The best we can hope for is that a majority of Conservative MPs suddenly and inexplicably realise they are conservatives and not nanny state socialists.

RESIST THE RESET

The imposition of ever more aggressive vaccine mandates across the West is meeting mass organised resistance on the streets.  Over the course of the last few days huge protests have been held across Europe and yet there has been a media blackout.  Elsewhere, the media has lied about the huge disruption caused to American flights by pilots of Southwest Airlines.  The pilots' union is suing the airline over its forthcoming 'no jab, no jab' policy and pilots staged a walkout on Friday leading to the cancellation of thousands of flights.  The airline and the media tried to claim that the cancellations were due to bad weather and staff shortages, but no other airlines were affected.

It is clear that the mainstream media is on the side of the Covid tyrants waging war on their citizens in the name of a digital id.  The level of tyranny has reached absurd proportions, with unvaccinated Canadians to be barred from public transport, supermarkets able to refuse service to unvaccinated Germans, unvaccinated Americans removed from organ transplant waiting lists and a quarantine camp is being built for unvaccinated Australians.  This is apartheid, plain and simple - a word which for decades had negative connotations, but is now being inflicted on Western societies 'for our own good'.

In many countries, including our own, people are now being sacked from employment for choosing not to receive a Covid vaccine.  Last year Brits banged their pots and pans for NHS workers, but now they turn a blind eye as many of those same workers are fired.

It is almost as if our nations are in the grip of a mass psychosis.  How else to explain such apathy?

As Italians and others begin to strike back at globalist tyranny, when will our time come?  Not at the height of winter, that's a given.  Domestic vaccine passports are likely to be introduced mid-December according to a statement on the UK government website.  Opposition will grow from then on, particularly when it dawns on people that this is not a 'temporary' measure and Britain is to join other Western states in implementing an apartheid system.

Such a dystopian attack on our way of life would have been unthinkable two years ago, but sinister powers have exploited the pandemic to hatch this vile plan.  From Italy to Australia, from Canada to France, we must oppose them and we will.  Together we are many, but they will always be few.

YOUTUBE CENSORS DAVIS SPEECH

The Conservative's David Davis fell foul of big tech censors last week after YouTube deleted a video in which he deplored the introduction of domestic vaccine passports.  The eleven minute speech was uploaded by libertarian group Big Brother Watch, but subsequently deleted.  In a notification to the group YouTube said: "YouTube doesn’t allow claims about Covid-19 vaccinations that contradict expert consensus from local health authorities or the World Health Organisation (WHO)".

The problem with that statement is that nowhere in the speech does Davis make any claims about vaccines that would counter the establishment narrative, in fact he dramatically overstates their efficacy and says he is an advocate.  However, as a libertarian he quite rightly finds the concept of domestic vaccine passports a very sinister attempt to coerce people into taking jabs they might not want.  Davis's speech was given at a fringe event of the recent Conservative party conference, which he noted did not require vaccine passports for entry (unlike the Labour party conference).  He also noted that Tory ministers had confided in him that they did not believe in vaccine passports either, which rather begs the question who is the driving force behind their implementation?

Reacting to YouTube's censorship of his speech, Davis said: "Throughout the pandemic, we have seen blatant attempts by big tech to silence opposition voices challenging the conventional wisdom.  My speech at conference was carefully researched, wholly accurate and backed up with the latest scientific fact.  This unambiguous attempt by YouTube to censor my speech is a warning.  If YouTube is happy to attempt to silence elected Members of Parliament, then they are also happy to censor anyone uploading content to their speech".

Quite right, and it was the MP's public response and resulting publicity that resulted in YouTube reinstating the video on Friday, saying: "Sometimes we make the wrong call".  Others who speak out against Covid tyranny, but who are not public figures will probably not be so fortunate.
