STUTTERING STARMER'S BEERGATE COMEUPPANCE

After months of posturing over Partygate and Cakegate, Keir Starmer is finally getting his comeuppance just at the wrong time for Labour.  Although the MSM were slow to get going with the Beergate resurgance - initially only GB News took any interest - just days before Thursday's local elections they began to ask questions of the Labour leader.  This has led to multiple hugely embarrassing interviews in which Starmer is pushed on his Durham escapades, only to regurgitate the same sort of denials and absurd defences that the PM made in relation to his own lockdown shenanigans.

On Wednesday he was grilled by Susannah Reid and Richard Madeley on Good Morning Britain.  Having refused point blank 24 hours previously to confirm or deny he'd been contacted by Durham Constabulary, the presenting team forced him into a direct answer.  "No" came the answer, but why did he find that response so difficult previously?  Is it true?  We know now from the proprietor of the hotel in which he was staying that food was being served that evening, directly contradicting a claim made by Starmer last weekend.

Starmer was also forced to deny another story in Wednesday's car crash appearance.  Madeley put it to Starmer that Labour had made an electoral pact with the Lib Dems prior to these local elections.  Starmer categorically denied such a deal was in place, but the facts speak for themselves - Labour are standing in just 61 per cent of council seats in the traditional Lib Dem strongholds of the south-west compared to 97 per cent Labour contested there in 2018.  In turn, the Lib Dems appear to have stood down hundreds of candidates in the Midlands and the north of England, where Labour must rebuild the Red Wall if they are to stand a chance of winning the next general election.

There has been some evidence of this so-called 'progressive alliance' in the run-up to election day.  On the 10th of March this year Labour stood down its candidates in two Hertfordshire seats, which allowed the Lib Dems to easily hold both.  On the same day the Lib Dems stood aside in Rutland, which allowed the Greens to take a seat from the Tories.

A Remain pact - between Labour, the Lib Dems and Greens - was much hyped in the run-up to the 2019 general election, but it did not materialise.  While it's highly likely at the moment that Labour will be the largest party after the next general election, it is inconceivable that Labour could win an outright majority.  Therefore, in order to win power they would have to seek coalition partners.  They could potentially negotiate a pact with the Lib Dems and Greens before then and pin their hopes on a rainbow majority, a majority that could conceivably be achieved if the SNP are a part of that alliance.

The question is, are these local elections a test run for that scenario?

MADELEY RILES HARD LEFT

Richard Madeley has triggered the left, again.  The Good Morning Britain presenter was interviewing Keir Starmer on Tuesday and raised the spectre of Labour's hard left.  Starmer was discussing his support for an 'exclusion zone' around schools to protect them from 'anti-vax' protesters.  Madeley then posed a tongue-in-cheek question about Starmer setting up an 'exclusion zone' for the hard left, adding: "Some of the criticism you got after the conference was that you basically didn't seize the opportunity to give them a good kicking, and to make it absolutely clear that the days of the Corbynistas is well and truly over".

It was a bit early in the morning for most lefties, but for those who did see it they would have been spitting corn flakes.  "Shocking" was how one Twitter user described it, "He should be kicked off GMB" wrote another.  Many tweeted directly to Good Morning Britain, calling for his head.

Labour's Mary Foy demanded that Madeley apologise.

The Durham MP is a member of the Socialist Campaign Group, alongside such luminaries as John McDonnell.  Speaking of apologies Mary, will John ever apologise to Esther McVey for his 'lynch the bitch' and 'stain on humanity' remarks?

Note also the face mask emoji in Mary's profile name.  Like most Labour MPs, she doesn't usually wear one outside of the Commons.  A cursory glance at her Twitter profile shows her hobnobbing in Westminster, visiting a craft shop and a school.  Not a face mask in sight.

For Labour, a face mask is an inconvenience and deployed only for virtue signalling purposes when they're on camera in the Commons (to show the peasants who elect them how it should be done).  Rampant hypocrisy.

STARMER'S BOND BACKFIRE

On Wednesday the Labour leader was trying to portray his party as a 'serious' outfit capable of government.  Keir Starmer's keynote speech was heralded as a turning point in Labour's fortunes by some media commentators.  And yet less than 24 hours later the same Starmer ended a Good Morning Britain interview by suggesting that the next James Bond should be female...

Starmer was quite rightly rinsed on social media, many people reminding the Labour leader that he is not even sure what counts as female these days.  Should the female Bond have a cervix?

Where on earth does this woke mindset come from?  It's not going to win him any votes out in the former red wall and those are the seats he will need in order to win power.  Therein lies the problem - Labour are so out of touch with ordinary people that they do not know how to speak their language.  Their politicians live in woke metropolitan bubbles that they genuinely believe is representative of Britain as a whole.  They won't be winning an election any time soon with this twisted mindset.

SAGE COMMIE EXPOSED ON GMB

The SAGE member who said face masks and social distancing should stay in place 'forever' has been confronted by Richard Madeley over her political affiliation.  Professor Susan Michie is reportedly a paid up member of the Communist Party of Britain and advises the UK government on 'behavioural compliance'.  Michie appeared on Good Morning Britain to voice her opinion of the government's stated aim of abolishing most Covid restrictions later this month.  Needless to say, she is not impressed.

Co-presenter Madeley challenged Michie on her communist background, but she refused to answer any questions about how her political views impacted on her Covid strategy.  As Madeley quite rightly pointed out - totalitarian nanny state government interference in all aspects of our lives is a wet dream for any socialist.

VACCINE DEBATE BACKFIRES

Champagne socialist Nick Hewer has been called out by conservative commentator Dominique Samuels on Good Morning Britain.  On Tuesday morning the pair went head to head in an absurd debate about whether the vaccinated should 'unfriend' the unvaccinated.  TV host Hewer was very much in the 'unfriend' corner and his stance was backed by co-presenter Adil Ray who said that he would put his vaccinated friends first when it came to events such as dinner parties.  Ray's stance led to a bad-tempered exchange with Samuels and the footage has since been removed from GMB's YouTube channel.

Hewer was a Labour voter up until the last general election.  Abuse directed at his Countdown colleague Rachel Riley led to him turning his back on the party, but Tuesday's interview showed that he has not ditched his controlling socialist ways.

Dominique handled herself well during the debate and Hewer came off looking like the sneering lockdown enthusiast that he is.  She went on to tell Ray it was 'none of his business' after he asked her if she was going to take the vaccine:  "I don't think it's any of your business.  I think it distorts the conversation around separating the unvaccinated from the vaccinated, as if the unvaccinated are some kind of diseased pariah.  The message should be that the vulnerable are protected".  Here here, and the vulnerable have already been jabbed twice to give them that protection.  Aged 22 and healthy, Dominique doesn't need a vaccine.

GMB's narrative was tested on their Twitter account prior to the debate.  Their poll attracted more than 37,000 votes, but unfortunately for GMB, the result did not go the way they had intended...

BLAIR & CAMPBELL REUNITE ON GMB

Tony Blair's appearance on Good Morning Britain today was by his own words to promote two things - Covid vaccines and his opinion of the Labour crisis.  Despite one fairly wide-ranging question from Susannah Reid on both vaccines and vaccine passports, we never got to hear his dystopian world view on the latter as she was clearly in a hurry to move on to the Labour mess.  Sandwiched between Blair and his old pal Alastair Campbell, Susannah boldly raised the spectre of Iraq and pushed Blair repeatedly on the issue.  She is clearly enjoying her newfound freedom to speak, following the departure of the odious Piers Morgan.

Blair repeatedly (and correctly) referred to the Corbyn wing of the party as 'far left', but he drew a similar conclusion to that of John McDonnell ie. that Keir Starmer had not set out an agenda.  When Campbell implored Blair to answer why it is that Boris Johnson remains so stubbornly popular, Blair's answer inadvertently spelled out another glaring problem that Starmer has:  "It's clear what people see in him, he's his own person.  He's a character.  When people say to me, how can the Americans support Donald Trump - it's the same thing".  Starmer, on the other hand, has the personality of a brick.

Separately, Alastair Campbell made a huge gaffe elsewhere on Wednesday's show by accidentally referring to the 'death of the Queen' instead of Prince Philip.  A voice in his earpiece urgently requested he apologise for the slip-up.

Campbell is just three days into the job, news of which will have drawn a collective sigh from many who were overjoyed to see the back of the sanctimonious Morgan.  This really is a case of be careful what you wish for.

THE DEMONISING OF ROD HUMPHRIS

The pub landlord from Bath who told Keir Starmer to leave his pub was stitched up on Good Morning Britain in a similar fashion that has befallen pretty much every lockdown sceptic to appear on that show.  On Tuesday morning Rod Humphris was allowed to speak for a few seconds at a time in a slender opportunity to present his argument.  He was generally interrupted mid-flow by one of the co-presenters.  The full panel consisted of Dr Hilary Jones and the political commentators Andrew Pierce and Kevin Maguire, all of whom were disparaging towards Mr Humphris.  This was five against one and made for unpleasant viewing, but this is how the establishment has always dealt with lockdown scepticism.  On the rare occasions in which dissent is given airtime it is isolated and systematically ridiculed.

Starmer and his party responded in a similar way - by smearing Mr Humphris.  Following the incident, Starmer released a video in which he suggested the landlord was in denial about the existence of the pandemic.  His frontbench colleague Rosena Allin-Khan echoed this in a tweet, accusing Humphris of 'denying that Covid exists'.  If only she had listened to what he had actually said it may have spared her the embarrassment that arose when he later confirmed that he himself was struck down by the virus last year!  The Labour press office also accused Mr Humphris of spreading 'dangerous misinformation', when actually he had built his argument on publicly available statistics.

Click below for the Good Morning Britain character assassination and note how the now traditional 'covidiot' remark is thrown in by the socialist Maguire, who goes on to suggest Humphris is spouting nothing but conspiracy theories and is 'crazy'.  The response on YouTube has been overwhelmingly negative, with 2:1 thumbs down while GMB have blocked people from commenting on it...

There is clearly no impartiality here on the part of the presenters.  Note how they enthusiastically nod along and reinforce Maguire's pro-lockdown mantra.  "Keir Starmer is married to an NHS worker" Susannah Reid reminds viewers during his piece and when Maguire claims that "all the evidence is lockdowns work", Adil Ray can be heard in the background saying "Of course!"

Humphris does very well in these circumstances and maintains his cool, despite being called a liar by Adil Ray.  In actual fact Mr Ray, there were no full national lockdowns in Sweden, Belarus or Tanzania, as stated by Mr Humphris.  There were lockdowns in Florida and Texas last spring, but both states managed to stay on top of the virus without lockdowns during the autumn/winter second wave.

If the presenters were impartial, capable of critical thought and not tied to a pre-established narrative, perhaps they would have questioned at least two blatantly incorrect claims made by Dr Hilary during his clash with Mr Humphris.

The first of Hilary's falsehoods was to suggest that the country went into lockdown after deaths had reached 1,200 per day.  This is simply not true as that level was not reached until January 12 - six days into the third lockdown in England.  This is easily proven by way of visiting the government's own coronavirus dashboard.  Secondly, Dr Hilary says that the virus is not seasonal as it 'has been going on all year'.  Everyone knows that the virus almost disappeared last summer, having plummeted to such low levels that there were days in which there were no coronavirus deaths reported at all.  This is not to back up the claim that it is merely 'seasonal', but it certainly disproves Hilary's claim that the UK pandemic has been in constant flow.

Dr Hilary also made a dubious claim about vaccines, echoing Boris Johnson's recent claim that vaccines were not behind the most recent collapse in the virus.  Hilary claims that the vaccines have "not had time to have an effect yet".  However, the most recent advice given by the NHS states clearly that just the first dose of a Covid vaccine provides 'a significant level of protection at 22 days'.  Let's be clear, the UK started its vaccination programme way back on December 8 - that's around 133 days ago.  Everyone in the most at risk groups had reportedly been offered a first dose over two months ago.  No time to take effect, really Dr Hilary?  Will no-one on the telly box dare to detract from the propaganda of our political masters?

RAYNER QUIZZED OVER AIRPODS

Angela Rayner faced awkward questions when she appeared on Good Morning Britain last week.  Having assumed the moral high ground over NHS pay, she probably thought she would get an easy ride on the increasingly woke show.  As Rayner prattled on about the government wasting money, presenter Kate Garraway interjected and raised the issue of expenses, which pre-pandemic were costing the taxpayer over a hundred million pounds each year.  Specifically, Garraway wanted to talk airpods.

Neither Garraway or Rayner made any mention of the fact that the £249 airpod headphones were personalised, but co-presenter Ben Shepherd wasn't going to let it slip.  In responding to his point about her obvious excesses Rayner declared: "Anyone who's got Apple devices will know that if you don't buy the Apple accessories then it won't support it on the devices".  Unfortunately this didn't wash with Shepherd and Garraway, who knew that cheaper headphones do work on Apple devices and can be picked up for less than a tenner.

Rayner also argued that Health Secretary Matt Hancock had 'done exactly the same' (as if this made it OK), but Shepherd pointed out that Hancock's headphones cost £159.  His were also top of the range, but they were not personalised like Rayner's.

Instead of billing the taxpayer for hundreds of pounds for excessive personalised goods, why couldn't Ange have just bought a cheaper version using her £80,000 basic salary?  She argues that she's done nothing wrong as she hasn't broken any rules - which is true - but morally her expenses claims are reprehensible.

Like her front bench colleague Anneliese Dodds, note for this interview Rayner had received a big makeover, with permed locks and a ton of slap on her face.  How are these pro-lockdown MPs getting such dramatic makeovers when hair salons are closed?  It's a valid question, but then as we saw over the weekend these MPs are becoming more and more selective when it comes to lockdown.  Anti-lockdown protesters and football fans are 'Covidiot' scum and nothing is said about police brutality in those circumstances, but feminists and BLM have a right to protest!

SBS HERO CANCELLED

Figures on the left such as Owen Jones claim that 'cancel culture' is a myth, but it seems that barely a week goes by now without some public figure being 'cancelled'.  Of course they're never cancelled for holding hard left Marxist views, racially taunting white people or voicing anti-feminist pro-trans opinions.  No, you're only cancelled if you hold what seems like the mildest conservative views, including a refusal to bow down to the Marxist cult of BLM.

Ex-SBS hero Ant Middleton is the latest celeb to fall.  The chief instructor on Channel 4 show SAS: Who Dares Wins has been told that he will never work for the channel again: "It has become clear that our views and values are not aligned and we will not be working with him again" a Channel 4 statement read.  Whatever could they mean?

Well, last year Ant was involved in two huge rows on social media in relation to coronavirus and Black Lives Matter.  At the beginning of the pandemic he released a video in which he declared he would ignore Covid restrictions and urged his followers to do the same.  A few months later, when rival groups clashed in London, he referred to BLM and EDL protesters as 'absolute scum'.  Now Channel 4 are not too fussed about anyone slating the likes of the English Defence League, but throw BLM in there and clearly there's going to be a problem.

Although his BLM tweet was eight months ago and he has since filmed two more series of Who Dares Wins, the increasingly toxic climate of the entertainment industry has spurred Channel 4 to cancel him, although Middleton himself claims he quit.  The Mirror claims that his removal from the show was actually down to 'inappropriate comments' to females on set.  Fortunately he was able to provide his side of the story on Good Morning Britain, where he was lauded by a typically disingenuous Piers Morgan - the man who changes his opinion about things depending on which way the wind is blowing.  One minute he is a lockdown fanatic, then he endorses BLM protests in spite of lockdown and now he is creeping up the arse of a man who not only described those protesters as 'scum', but is also one of the 'covidiots' that Morgan likes to lecture viewers about.

ITV AMBUSH CONSERVATIVE

The pro-totalitarian bias of the mainstream media was in full swing on Good Morning Britain this week as young conservative commentator Dominique Samuels was ambushed in a pile-on.  Samuels had been called in to provide a libertarian voice amid discontent over the government's covert plan to introduce vaccine passports (also known as freedom passes).  However, the head-to-head debate between Dominique and opponent Darryl Morris was insidiously transformed into an all-out attack on the 22-year-old.  Presenter Kate Garraway couldn't contain her hostility towards Samuels and what was clearly two against one became three against one when a third participant was introduced into the debate out of the blue.

While Dominique held her own amid the increasingly aggressive tone of Garraway, the bias was there for all to see, and although loudmouth lockdown enthusiast Piers Morgan was not present, he still made his feelings known via Twitter...

And Morgan calls himself a 'liberal'.

Samuels received little support in the print media, with The Sun suggesting she somehow caused Kate Garraway to have a 'sleepless night' amid her husband's ongoing battle with coronavirus.  That's low.

GREEN FINALLY APOLOGISES

Labour's Kate Green has finally apologised for remarks she made during the party's virtual conference last week, in which she referred to the pandemic and urged activists not to let 'a good crisis go to waste'.  Appearing on Good Morning Britain she was confronted by host Piers Morgan and forced into an apology, something which appeared to have been sorely lacking in the eight days that have passed since her comments (not five days as Morgan suggests).

Green said she had expressed 'regret' previously 'whenever she was asked to', but she has made no such statement on her social media.  In fact instead of issuing an apology last week she instead lashed out at Priti Patel over the Home Secretary's suggestion that some members of the traveller community were involved in crime (no shit).  Green said she was "deeply distressed and angry" in a Twitter post.  Got a brass neck this one.  If Morgan hadn't mentioned Green's coronavirus remark it's highly doubtful she would have volunteered an apology.

A 'GOOD CRISIS' SAYS GREEN

Labour frontbencher Kate Green has been slammed for remarks she made about the pandemic during the party's virtual conference on Sunday.  The Shadow Education Secretary said Labour should exploit the pandemic: "I think we should use the opportunity, don’t let a good crisis go to waste".  Listen below.

While Green has not responded to the backlash, one of her colleagues was forced to apologise on her behalf this morning.  Lisa Nandy was doing the media rounds to discuss the pandemic and looming round of fresh restrictions.  However, her interviewers were keen to discuss Green's comments.  Nandy apologised on behalf of Green and their party, while simultaneously making various excuses for her colleague, who she told Piers Morgan she expected would apologise shortly.

At the time of writing - two days after her remarks - Green has said nothing.

ROW OVER STARMER'S ISOLATION

Piers Morgan has clashed with Labour's Kate Green over Keir Starmer's self-isolation.  He and co-presenter Susanna Reid were keen to get an update and also find out how the Starmers got such swift access to a Covid test, but Green didn't want to discuss the situation.  Morgan wasn't happy, but Green wouldn't budge.  We now know that Starmer's daughter's Covid test has come back negative, something which Boris Johnson alluded to at PMQs.  The PM asked aloud: "Why's he not here?"

Kate Green is Labour's Shadow Education Secretary, having replaced the sacked Rebecca Long-Bailey in June.  She is typical of the metropolitan elites that have suffocated the party and alienated working class communities.  Having left university with a law degree she initially embarked on a career in banking before entering the legal profession.  When she was parachuted into the Stretford and Urmston constituency for the 2010 general election it was her second shot at joining the Westminster gravy train.  She was made an OBE in 2005 in recognition of her charity work in relation to child poverty.

PIERS BLAMES KHAN FOR LATEST ARREST

Jeremy Corbyn's older brother has been arrested for the third time this year after spearheading yet another anti-lockdown protest.  Piers Corbyn is already facing trial in October for his role in previous protests and he has now been slapped with a £10k fine under new coronavirus legislation.  His latest arrest came at the 'Unite for Freedom' rally in London on Saturday, attended by thousands of corona-deniers, anti-vaxxers and 5G conspiracy theorists.  David Icke spoke at the same rally.

Speaking to TalkRadio's Ian Collins on Monday afternoon, Piers claimed that the order to arrest him had come 'from on high' and was politically motivated.  He suggested Sadiq Khan was behind the decision, but admitted he had no proof - much like his many bizarre claims about coronavirus.

One very good point that Piers did make was the double standards with regards to Black Lives Matter, who have repeatedly held mass demonstrations across the country throughout the pandemic without a single fine.  Indeed, as Piers Corbyn's rally was taking place there was a BLM rally nearby that appeared to be given a free rein.  Corbyn used this to be back up his earlier claim about Khan: "Sadiq Khan believes in lockdowns and also believes in Black Lives Matter".

Corbyn broke further into the mainstream on Tuesday morning when he appeared on Good Morning Britain and clashed with another Piers.  While Morgan and his co-presenter did their best to debunk Corbyn's madcap theories, it was the introduction of Dr Hilary Jones that took the debate into fiery territory.  A clearly seething Dr Hilary began by declaring Corbyn's claims "extremely dangerous and littered with errors" before proceeding to obliterate them one by one.

Dr Hilary finished his opening gambit by telling Corbyn: "You are dangerous, you shouldn't be preaching, you're not medically qualified, I don't know where you get your rubbish fake news from and you shouldn't be on air".  He might have mentioned too that like his younger brother, Piers had never had a proper job in his life.  After qualifying as an astrophysicist Corbyn served one term as a Labour councillor before trying to make a living predicting the weather.  He appears to get most of his ideas about coronavirus from dodgy sources on the internet.

FEMI'S SINISTER T-SHIRT

On Wednesday morning the BBC Proms decision was debated on Good Morning Britain by Nigel Farage and Remain activist Femi Izawally.  Kicking off the debate Femi made the issue about race in three seconds flat before going on to criticise the BBC over their use of the 'n' word recently (never mind the fact that the 'n' word is used by rappers and grime artists ad infinitum).  The deviation from the issue in question irked presenter Eamonn Holmes and the pair would later clash over whether Femi had got the memo.  Femi responded by deviating further and returning to his favourite topic of Brexit, at which point Farage put him in his place by alerting viewers to the fact that Femi represented a 'tiny, extremist minority'.  Given that Femi had just referenced Black Lives Matter while wearing a t-shirt featuring a molotov cocktail Farage had hit the nail on the head.

For those not convinced that Femi's bizarre t-shirt features a teddy bear hurling a petrol bomb, the origin of that motif is a Banksy mural in Bristol (see below) - in which said character is throwing the device at the police.  Let that sink in.

Femi was clearly rattled by his rinsing on national television and spent the rest of his day endlessly tweeting and retweeting about it, including a call for 'racist' Eamonn Holmes to be sacked.  Narcissist Femi was still tweeting about his TV appearance at 03:52 this morning, but then he doesn't have a proper job...

A TALE OF TWO INTERVIEWS

Mark and Patricia McCloskey confront BLM protesters

At the end of June a wealthy couple in St Louis, Missouri sprang to international prominence following an incident outside their home.  Mark McCloskey and his wife confronted Black Lives Matter protesters who had just broken into their private estate.  Believing their lives and property to be in imminent danger, the couple took up arms and stood in front of their home to ward off the threat.  Video footage of the couple pointing their weapons later went viral.

The McCloskeys, who are both lawyers, have since endured a barrage of death threats, a further protest outside their home, a police raid and are being prosecuted for their actions.  As the entire incident took place on private property, the pair are confident they will win their case.

For greater context St Louis saw several nights of serious rioting a few weeks prior to the McCloskey incident, including the deaths of two people.  On May 30 a looter was killed during an attack on a FedEx lorry.  The driver was forced to stop by rioters who had blocked the road, after which his vehicle was mounted, he was threatened at gunpoint and his trailer broken into.  Fearing for his life the driver sped away, inadvertently trapping a looter under one of his wheels and dragging him to his death.  Three nights later retired police chief David Dorn was murdered.

77-year-old Dorn had gone to his friend's pawn shop after the security alarm had been triggered.  When he arrived he was confronted by several looters, one of whom shot and killed him.  Four serving police officers were also shot that night in St Louis, none of whom fatally.

While the deaths in St Louis were afforded little airtime by the mainstream media, the McCloskey story was in much demand and Mark McCloskey was given plenty of opportunities to defend himself.  Unlike in Britain, where all the mainstream news outlets promote a BLM agenda, US viewers can choose to watch Fox News if they want a more honest appraisal of what the other networks would describe as 'peaceful protests'.
