One aspect of the Chancellor's spending review was always guaranteed to spark criticism from Sir Squeaky and his MPs.  Rishi Sunak's decision to temporarily reduce the foreign aid budget was slammed by globalists from across the party divide including Tony Blair, David Cameron and Jeremy Hunt.  It's no wonder these same people were astonished by the Leave mandate because they keep making the same arrogant mistakes over and over again.  Starmer says that the proposed cut in foreign aid would 'not only undermine public trust, but hugely weaken us on the world stage'.

Firstly, the public understand that this country is going to be on its knees for years to come and are overwhelmingly supportive of the cut.  Seeing as poorer communities will bear the brunt of this recession, Labour are once again ignoring their old heartlands.  Secondly, the cut is effectively peanuts in comparison to the mountain of debt the UK is currently facing.  At 0.2 per cent the cut would still leave Britain as one of the biggest foreign aid donors in the world, with only Japan leapfrogging.  Labour has got its priorities wrong again.

How delightful to see so many ardent Remainers lashing out at President Trump's refusal to concede the US election.  Having no sense of irony they are now standing up for Biden 'in defence of democracy', having spent three and a half years refusing to accept the EU referendum result.  They have taken to social media in their droves to denounce Trump, including Labour frontbencher Dave Lammy.

Lammy was one of the party's most prominent remoaners, appearing at numerous Losers' Vote rallies and likening Brexiteers to 'Nazis'.  Now he calls on his supporters to 'stand up for democracy whoever attacks it'.  What an astonishing lack of self-awareness...

An open borders activist told the BBC this week that 'anyone in the world has the right to claim asylum in Britain'.  These do-gooders are insane.  Just two days later a failed asylum seeker walked into a church in Nice and murdered three people.  That was after this meme was produced, providing yet another example of how dangerous it is to put out an open invitation to the Arab world and beyond.  Many Germans have already suffered the blood-soaked consequences of such an invite.

The brutal murder of French schoolteacher Samuel Paty was a hideous reminder that there are bad apples entering the nations of the West - individuals who take advantage of the same freedoms and liberties they appear to despise.  These people are encouraged to come by homegrown bourgeois activists, many of whom will never live alongside the newcomers and have little concern for the impact their arrival has on working class communities - just another of the many ironies of socialism.  Those beating the drum of 'refugees welcome' want something vitally important from these migrants.  Their votes.  As they see it, those who cross the English Channel are the Labour voters of tomorrow and native Brits are expendable.

Despite months of slating the government's handling of the pandemic, Sir Squeaky has had little to offer by way of an alternative approach.  This changed on Tuesday, when a leak revealed that three weeks earlier SAGE had recommended a new national lockdown, something that has become known as a 'circuit breaker'.  Later that day he made a TV address in which he cynically echoed SAGE and called for the same lockdown.  It was shameful opportunism.

This meme went out on Facebook the day before his fake lockdown epiphany, but it remains relevant now.  Starmer has nothing constructive to offer except undermining the government at a critical time in our nation's history.  And history will not be kind to him.

Last week actors, singers and various celebs piled in on the Chancellor over remarks that he didn't actually make.  His interview with ITV News was misrepresented by the broadcaster and a (now deleted) headline on Twitter read: "Rishi Sunak suggests musicians and others in the arts should retrain and find other jobs".  ITV were clearly angling for this story, but what he actually said was "everyone is having to adapt".  It appears that Lily Allen, Liam Gallagher, Craig Revel Horwood and an array of obscure celebs didn't actually watch the interview and merely saw red at ITV's fake news headline.  Their largely snobbish response told average people more about them than it did about a Chancellor who has bent over backwards to help people during this crisis...

Persistent outbreaks of Covid-19 at university campuses across the country are no great surprise given the sight of students partying the night away in mass gatherings.  The resulting lockdowns, self isolation and suggestion that they may have to forego a traditional family Christmas has led to much 'trauma'.  Naturally, it's not their fault.  The government is to blame, obviously.

This inability to accept personal responsibility and decry the consequences of their actions as some great hardship is peak snowflakery.  The meme below summed this up perfectly and was shared 5,919 times via the Facebook page.

Last week Labour became the first party to hold its conference in this strange virtual season.  As predicted, Sir Squeaky used his keynote speech to tell activists that Labour needed to show 'pride in Britain' and appeal to the patriotic instincts of its former working class base.  His sentiment was naturally slammed by the hard left, who love nothing more than to sneer at their country and the working class.  For Starmer the very fact that he engineered Labour's second referendum con-trick policy will not be forgotten quickly in the red wall seats he needs to win back in order to stand any chance of victory in 2024.

Ahead of last week's Internal Market Bill debate, every former PM still alive managed to speak out against it.  Red and blue united in their condemnation, to the extent that Blair and Major penned a joint article in The Sunday Times.  Cowardly Cameron was the fifth to speak out, but of course none of it came as any great surprise.  All of them backed Remain in 2016, three of them openly backed the reversal of the Leave mandate, Cameron resigned rather than respect the vote and three years later said a second referendum 'could not be ruled out' and Theresa May failed miserably to deliver Brexit.

Keir Starmer's current balancing act over Brexit is a damage limitation exercise in respect of his long-standing campaign to overturn the 2016 result.  After-all it is believed that it was Starmer himself who orchestrated Labour's second referendum con-trick going into the 2019 general election - a referendum in which Leave would not be an option.  While Starmer said yesterday that Britain should 'get on with Brexit', he also laid down the groundwork for his party to oppose the government's controversial Internal Market Bill.  Many of his MPs have also voiced opposition, citing the fact it rolls back on the Withdrawal Agreement and breaches international law.  Joining them in condemnation are every single surviving Prime Minister of the UK - from John Major to Theresa May and everyone in between, including the warmongerer and architect of the 2003 invasion of Iraq.  How ironic...

It was more than a week ago that The Times first broke the story that the BBC were thinking about dropping Rule, Britannia! and Land of Hope and Glory from the Proms.  The immediate backlash put the Beeb in a spin, but they took full advantage of the absence of a live audience and announced that the songs would be included - but without words.  This was clearly pandering to the anti-British Marxists of Black Lives Matter, which the Beeb has spent the last three months promoting.

It's not likely we'll see Laurence Fox on the BBC again, especially seeing as the anti-woke actor has gone into full attack mode following the Proms censorship.  It was one of his tweets that featured in last week's most shared.

Labour MPs have been falling over each other to express support for the migrants sailing from France.  As we saw during the 2015 migrant invasion of Europe, they can't wait to declare the slogan 'refugees welcome', despite the fact these migrants are anything but refugees.  They have travelled through countless safe countries with the aim of reaping the rewards of soft touch Britain.  They are economic migrants and many of them are not even fleeing war zones.

Just as we thought Dawn Butler couldn't squeeze any more life out of her police encounter, up pops the president of the National Black Police Association to lend her some support.  She's definitely in need of some, seeing as she's found little sympathy beyond her Labour colleagues.  The wall-to-wall media coverage of what was an uneventful everyday incident has seriously rubbed up the public the wrong way, especially seeing as the violent crime epidemic in London shows no sign of slowing.

Black Lives Matter protests continue on both sides of the Atlantic, albeit on a much smaller scale.  Thankfully Britain's mob has yet to achieve the carnage that has taken place in American cities, but we are of course one black death away from similar scenes here.  Scenes outside Colindale police station in London on Friday confirm that we are now reaching a stage where any arrest of a black person is met with protest and a potential flashpoint.  BLM UK appear to be well organised and can mobilise quickly - no great surprise seeing as more than a million pounds has flooded into their coffers this summer.  Dawn Butler's exploitation of her recent encounter with the Met is another example of how individuals are desperate to inflame tensions and the mainstream media is only too happy to give them a platform.

Last weekend's Emancipation Day event in London brought BLM onto the streets again, complete with a new paramilitary-style unit calling themselves 'Forever Family'.  Many of the protesters waved placards demanding reparations for slavery, despite the fact none of them had ever actually been slaves themselves - or their parents or grandparents for that matter, something alluded to in last week's most shared...

Last week's most shared was inspired by the Save Our Statues campaign that sprang up in response to the wave of attacks on British statues.  The campaigners recently left a wreath beneath statues of Churchill, Nelson and Clive of India, eminently more pleasing on the eye than the hideous graffii left behind by the rabid left and their stooges.

For the second week in a row the most shared title is related to the return of Daesh terrorist Shamima Begum.  After appeal court judges ruled that she must return to the UK to plead her case (and therefore never leave) it was revealed that Keir Starmer was one of many Labour frontbenchers who condemned the government's decision to strip her of British citizenship.  He told Sky's Sophy Ridge in March 2019 that the then home secretary was wrong to do so and argued that measures were in place to facilitate her safe return (all extremely costly to the British taxpayer).  The video is here.

News that Shamima Begum could return to the UK thanks to treacherous judiciary naturally provoked national outrage.  Feelings are particularly high because we all know that once she is back she will be back for good.  Furthermore, there is little confidence that she will face justice for her crimes.  While her membership of Daesh is not in any doubt, this wouldn't put her away for long.  As for other terrorist offences it would be almost impossible to prove guilt in a UK court.  The crimes occurred thousands of miles away, there is no physical evidence and many of the witnesses would either be dead or languishing in refugee camps in the desert.  Put simply, we are going to have to get used to the idea of her living out the rest of her days in this country at great expense to the taxpayer.  Thanks again, judges.
