LABOUR MPs AND THE TRANS CON

A violent trans convict who shared a platform with three Labour MPs is back in prison this week after he told a crowd: "If you see a TERF, punch them in the f***ing face".  'Sarah Jane Baker' was addressing a 'trans pride' event in London earlier this month and made the remark whilst waving a communist Antifa flag.  He was arrested after the speech and later pleaded not guilty to a public order offence.

A TERF (trans-exclusionary radical feminist) is an insult the left use to label genuine feminists ie. those who believe a woman can't have a penis.  

Three far left Labour MPs shared a platform with Baker during a trans rally in January.  Olivia Blake (Sheffield Hallam), Lloyd Russell-Moyle (Brighton Kempton) and Nadia Whittome (Nottingham East) addressed a trans rally outside Downing Street, during which the crowd chanted: "F*** Keir Starmer" and "Eat shit Keir Starmer".  A Labour spokesman later claimed that the MPs were not aware of who Baker was and had left the scene prior to the offensive chanting.  It certainly appeared at the time that Starmer's assertion that a woman can have a penis, fell on deaf ears.

Baker was initially jailed in 1989 for the kidnap and torture of his father's stepson.  Baker, then known by his birth-name Alan, abducted the 19-year-old from his Surrey home as part of a family feud.  Alongside his brother and another man, Baker took the teenager at knifepoint to a squat where he was tortured for 12 hours.  The victim was beaten, slashed with a knife, burnt with cigarette butts and forced to perform oral sex on his captors.  He was then tied up and dumped in a cupboard.  Prosecutors said he would probably have died there had it not been for an occupant of the squat who found him unconscious.

Baker, who is now 53, went on to spend three decades inside after he was found guilty of the attempted murder of another inmate.  During his initial seven year sentence for the kidnap, Baker broke into a fellow inmate's cell and tried to strangle him.  It was during this extended stay that Baker renamed himself 'Sarah' and claims to have cut off his testicles.  He was released in 2019 and told the trans rally in January that he wanted to become an MP, after which he would invite his trans friends to 'smoke a spliff' and other drugs in Parliament.

MailOnline reports that Baker has now been returned to a male prison, despite identifying as a woman.  For the purposes of consistency we have referred to Baker as he/him throughout this article as he is a biological male.  What a Clown World we find ourselves in right now...

LABOUR 'NOT UNIONIST'

Two members of Labour's Socialist Campaign Group have hit out at Keir Starmer after he said he would back Northern Ireland's status within the United Kingdom in any future Irish border poll.  Starmer visited Belfast and Londonderry at the weekend and was asked about his position in an interview with BBC Northern Ireland: "I personally, as leader of the Labour Party, believe in the United Kingdom strongly, and would want to make the case for a United Kingdom strongly and will be doing that".  Starmer added that he would make the case for the Union regardless of whether the question was Irish unification, Scottish independence or Welsh independence.

The member for Brighton Kemptown clearly took exception to Starmer's position and declared that Labour were 'not Unionists'.  Lloyd Russell-Moyle pointed out that Labour is aligned with the Social Democratic and Labour Party (SDLP) who have always campaigned for Irish unification.  Diane Abbott agreed as she retweeted her comrade.

There are a couple of issues with what these far left buffoons had to say about the SDLP.  Firstly, the SDLP is not a Republican party, they are Irish nationalists (albeit simultaneously socialists like the SNP and Plaid Cymru).  The main Republican party in Northern Ireland is Sinn Fein, a party whose luminaries Diane Abbott has enjoyed the company of for many years.  Photographs of Abbott cosying up to Martin McGuinness, Gerry Adams and his successor Mary Lou McDonald are easy to come by, while photographs of her alongside members of Labour's actual 'sister party' less so.  By referring to the SDLP as Republicans, Abbott and Russell-Wotsit bely their true loyalties - to the murderers and terrorists of Sinn Fein/IRA.

Secondly, we can also take issue with Lloyd's assertion that he 'takes a lead from the SDLP and the people of Northern Ireland'.  If he took his lead from the people of Northern Ireland then he would be a Unionist.  In the 2017 assembly elections, the SDLP returned just 12 MLAs to the Northern Ireland Assembly from a total of 90 members.  It currently has just two MPs at Westminster from a total of 18 Northern Ireland constituencies.  That's not exactly a persuasive lead.

The hard left of the Labour Party may smell blood as Keir Starmer's woes mount.  This is how some of Corbyn's loyal followers reacted on Twitter.

COUNCILLOR CALLED FOR ARMED RESISTANCE

A hard left Labour councillor has apologised for a Facebook post in which he appeared to call for armed resistance to the Tory government.  Cllr Marcus Johnstone made the comments in the aftermath of the general election result, but they only came to light recently after a Tory councillor made a formal complaint to Burnley Borough Council's monitoring officer.

According to the Lancashire Telegraph, the now deleted post read: "Comrades!  They’ve won.  And now we resist.  We must fight them to the last bullet.  And when that’s gone we must throw rocks at the Bastard Tories.  And when there’s no rocks left, we go in and fight them hand to hand.  Resist Resist".

Earlier this week Cllr Johnstone was found to have breached Burnley Council's code of conduct and had brought both himself and the council into disrepute.  However, Johnstone's apology was deemed enough to close the matter.  His statement read: "It was never my intention to use my Facebook comment to incite violence or hatred against any of my political colleagues and I apologise unreservedly to anyone who may have been alarmed, offended or concerned by my actions.  This has been a salient lesson in how not to use social media and I look forward to putting this incident behind me".  Ironically, Johnstone is vice chair of the council's Scrutiny Committee.

His apology was also accepted by Cllr Cosima Towneley, the Tory who had made the complaint.

The language used by Johnstone is typical language for the hard left.  It harks back to the infamous 'Arm John McDonnell' t-shirts and the election speech of Corbyn loyalist Lloyd Russell-Moyle.  The MP for Brighton Kemptown was incensed by the 2019 election result and ranted in a bizarre speech that Labour would fight the Tories 'in the workplaces and in the streets'.  Click below for a recap...

ATTACK OF THE MACE GRABBERS

Another of the phoney 'nationalists' to make the journey down to Westminster this week was Drew Hendry, the member for Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch and Strathspey (yes, that is one constituency).  During a debate on the Internal Market Bill he leapt from his seat and began shouting in front of deputy speaker, Rosie Winterton.  After she threatened to have him expelled from the chamber he decided to grab the ceremonial mace and make off with it.  As per usual when MPs grab the mace they don't get very far.  Watch below.

Clearly the SNP - like many of their bitter Remain colleagues in Parliament - are upset about the Internal Market Bill and any other such post-Brexit legislation that makes our transition to a free, independent nation as smooth as possible.  Hendry was duly suspended from the chamber.

He is not the first Remainer MP to grab the mace during a Brexit debate.  In December 2018 the hard left Labour MP Lloyd Russell-Moyle marched forward and did the same as MPs debated Theresa May's Withdrawal Agreement.  "Name him" an MP could be heard shouting, which is the instruction from the Speaker to expel the offender.

We have to go back almost ten years to the previous mace grabbing incident and this again involved a hard left Labour MP - none other than John McDonnell.  In 2009 Labour were in government, but McDonnell was unhappy with the response from his colleague Transport Secretary Geoff Hoon to his question about the new runway for Heathrow.  After Hoon said there would be no vote on the matter, the Quartermaster marched down from the back benches, grabbed the mace and dumped it on the front bench.  He could be heard still shouting as the deputy speaker named him.

McDonnell was the first MP to grab the mace for over twenty years, the previous offender being yet another hard left Labour MP.  Ron Brown (Edinburgh Leith) was protesting about the poll tax in 1988 and is the only member to date to actually damage the mace.  After taking the mace he threw it to the floor and was later ordered to pay a £1,500 repair bill.  He refused to apologise in the Commons, leading to a further suspension for 20 days.  His refusal to back down also led to his suspension from the Labour Party for three months.  Brown was expelled from Labour altogether three years later.  Like Jeremy Corbyn, he was alleged to have held clandestine meetings with Soviet agents during the Cold War.

Only two other MPs grabbed the mace during the twentieth century - one Conservative and one Labour.  Michael Heseltine held the mace above his head after the Labour government won a narrow victory on nationalising aircraft and ship building in 1976.  He was particularly incensed when Labour MPs began singing the Red Flag.

John Beckett, a Labour MP who later turned to fascism, tried to leave the chamber with the mace in 1930 after one of his colleagues had been ordered from the Commons.

BATTLE OF THE GINGERS

Labour's Paul Embery continued to promote his excellent new book on Thursday with an appearance on BBC's Politics Live.  After batting away host Jo Coburn's repeated attempts to label Millwall fans 'racist', the author went to town on his snooty colleague Lloyd Russell-Moyle.  The Brighton MP was flabbergasted as Embery explained how his metropolitan ilk had abandoned the working classes.  "How dare you!" shrieked the comical Russell-Moyle, before he embarked on a sanctimonious response that consisted primarily of how offended he was - without countering any of Embery's observations.

Of course the likes of this woke Corbyn loyalist cannot form a coherent argument when it comes to Labour's abandonment of the working classes because they would rather not even acknowledge their existence at all.  These are, after-all, the scum who voted for Brexit and Labour do not speak for them.

The hard left continue to cancel themselves as another member of Starmer's front bench departs.  Lloyd Russell-Moyle has stood down as Shadow Minister for Natural Environment and Air Quality blaming the 'right-wing media' for causing him 'stress'.  His appointment to Starmer's front bench raised a few eyebrows at the time given his past behaviour.  In December 2018 he grabbed the ceremonial mace in the Commons and marched off with it before handing it back and being thrown out.  A year later following his re-election as the MP for Brighton Kemptown he gave an extraordinary acceptance speech in which he ranted and raved like a lunatic.  In the last few weeks he has issued two apologies - one for a spat over trans rights with JK Rowling and the other for comments on Jewish claims to Israel.

Russell-Moyle has released the following statement on his resignation.

Russell-Moyle is the second double-barrelled departure in less than a month following Rebecca Long-Bailey's sacking.  The mini-exodus leaves a tiny handful of Corbyn loyalists on Starmer's front bench, the most senior of which is Andy McDonald (Shadow Secretary of State for Employent Rights and Protections).

Corbyn critic and former Labour MP Ian Austin mocked Russell-Moyle's decision on Twitter, calling it 'heartbreaking'.  The Jewish Labour Movement also welcomed his departure, releasing the following statement.

FRONTBENCHER BACKS DOWN IN TRANS ROW

Hapless Labour frontbencher Lloyd Russell-Moyle has been forced into a grovelling apology after he lashed out at children's author JK Rowling over her views on 'trans rights'.  Rowling has spoken out several times about gender identity and recently published an essay in which she argued against allowing biological men access to female spaces.  She cited her own experiences of sexual abuse to highlight the potential dangers such a policy could lead to for biological women.

Critics of 'trans rights' like Rowling can expect a barrage of abuse and can fall victim to the left's cancel culture.  One of those victims was Maya Forstater who lost her job last year after criticising the notion of gender fluidity.  Former sports stars Sharron Davies and Martina Navratilova were hounded after they spoke out against allowing biological men to compete in women's sports.  Yesterday the Father Ted and IT Crowd writer Graham Linehan was permanently banned from Twitter for daring to suggest that 'men aren't women'. 

Despite the rise of intolerant 'transfascists' it was JK Rowling who was guilty of 'hate' according to Labour's Russell-Moyle.  Writing in the left-wing Tribune magazine last week Russell-Moyle referred to JK Rowling's recent essay: "Recently, of course, we saw people like JK Rowling using her own sexual assault as justification for discriminating against a group of people who were not responsible for it.  Trans people are no more likely to be rapists; in fact, they are more likely to be victims of sexual assault themselves.  That’s why, despite JK Rowling’s hate towards them, hundreds of trans people wrote to complain to The Sun when it trivialised her domestic abuse on a recent front page".

Russell-Moyle's article pre-dated the sacking of his hard left frontbench colleague Rebecca Long-Bailey and had gone largely unnoticed until last night when it was exposed by MailOnline.  At 08:04 this morning Russell-Moyle tweeted the following apology.

As one Twitter user commented: "Lloyd had two phone calls, JKR's lawyers on line 1, Keir Starmer on line 2..."

Russell-Moyle is not a senior frontbencher and is not taken very seriously in the PLP, so if he does get the boot it will not cause much of a stir in the party itself.  However, if Starmer does choose to get rid of his far left Shadow Minister for Natural Environment and Air Quality he will certainly incur the wrath of the transfascists.

LABOUR ACTIVIST LED LOCKDOWN DEMO

Piers Corbyn is not the only left-wing figure leading coronadeniers onto the streets in protest at the lockdown.  Earlier this week a demonstration was held in Hove and was led by a senior Labour activist.  Louise Creffield sits on the executive committee of Kemptown and Peacehaven Labour and the local newspaper reports she is a former employee of MP and shadow minister Lloyd Russell-Moyle.

On Monday Creffield addressed an assortment of coronadeniers on the seafront, many of whom voiced opposition to 5G and a potential coronavirus vaccine.  Sussex Police escorted the protesters along the promenade, but no arrests were made despite the group's refusal to adhere to social distancing.  The following clip was filmed by local journalist Sam Gruet.

Creffield is listed as the 'Women's Liaison Officer' on the website for Kemptown and Peacehaven Labour.  Russell-Moyle, MP for Brighton Kemptown and also her former employer, lambasted her actions: "I’m afraid what she is doing is tantamount to bonkers.  By going on protests about this, linked with 5G, it’s so bonkers that you have no credibility in political discourse in my view".

Coming from him, this is a bit rich.  Russell-Moyle is one of the daftest MPs in Parliament right now.  A member of the Socialist Campaign Group of Labour MPs, he has exposed himself to ridicule on several occasions.  In December 2018 he seized the ceremonial mace during a Commons debate and got himself suspended for the rest of the sitting.  When he was re-elected in 2019, Russell-Moyle gave one of the most extraordinary victory speeches, ranting and raving like a lunatic.  After the election a series of text messages was leaked in which he referred to MPs calling for Corbyn's resignation as "c****s".  Earlier this year he assessed the trans row enveloping Labour by declaring that gender "was not binary".

Yes, the likes of Louise Creffield are a little bit bonkers, but the loony left that backed Corbyn to the hilt are in no fit shape to judge.

COVID-19 AT WESTMINSTER

A news correspondent outside Parliament said recently that there's a "lot of Covid-19 around Westminster".  He wasn't wrong.  Since then two more MPs have tested positive and the borough has become one of the worst affected areas in the country.  The following figures are sourced from the NHS.

As the most densely populated city in the country and people still cramming onto public transport on a daily basis, it's no surprise that London boroughs make up six of the top ten.  Scotland and Wales register cases per health authority rather than local authority, with south-east Wales and greater Glasgow the worst affected with more than 500 cases between them.

When it comes to the density of confirmed cases per population, the top ten is dominated by London boroughs.  In fact the only local authority outside London in the top twenty is Wolverhampton with a density of 39.3 cases per 100,000.

Of course these are just the cases we know about.  Most people do not know they have the virus and those who develop mild symptoms are not being tested.  That is, of course, unless they're a public figure.  This controversial and mysterious aspect of the pandemic has many people questioning why they can't get the test, but the likes of Idris Elba, Nadine Dorries and Prince Charles can get it.

While this rankles a lot of people and quite rightly so, it actually provides a valuable and reassuring insight into the virus.  These cases are well documented and, so far anyway, they have provided further evidence that the virus is not a death sentence, regardless of age.

At the age of 71, Prince Charles is officially in the danger zone, but today we hear that he is at his desk in Balmoral working.  62-year-old minister Nadine Dorries returned to the Commons on Monday having already recovered from Covid-19.  Crucially, her 84-year-old mother has not only come through the virus, but was less affected by it than her daughter.

You may recall the despicable reaction from some on the left when Nadine Dorries was first diagnosed with Covid-19 earlier this month.  At the time we said they should be careful what they wish for and that is still relevant given the way their beloved elderly leader is gallivanting around all over London.  Despite their ill wishes towards the Tory benches, the next confirmed cases struck Labour MPs - both left-wingers.

The first MP to test positive after Dorries was Jarrow MP Kate Osborne.  She was diagnosed ten days ago, but having recovered says she is leaving self-isolation on Saturday to return to her constituency in the north east of England.  The next MP to test positive was the MP for Brighton Kemptown.  Lloyd Russell-Moyle announced the diagnosis eight days ago, but has also now recovered.  It's worth noting that Russell-Moyle is also HIV-positive, so his recovery is another promising sign.

They are surely not the only MPs who have been carrying the virus, but now that Parliament is closed for several weeks, responsible members should now return home and stay there.  Of course there will be those who won't - Jeremy Corbyn a case in point.  There is also the matter of the Labour leadership announcement a week on Saturday and it would be hard to imagine that Corbyn wouldn't be directly involved.  He would dearly love to pass on the red torch to Rebecca Long-Bailey, albeit that is now looking like a very faint possibility.

With regards to Covid-19 the cases of MPs, Royals and celebrities should give us hope, but we should also remember that the UK curve is still accelerating.  Yesterday the NHS revealed the largest daily increase in cases yet and the day before saw the most daily deaths.  While those dying from the virus are predominantly older people with underlying health conditions, news that a perfectly healthy 21-year-old died yesterday should be a stark warning to us all.  The government is not turning conference centres into makeshift hospitals for nothing...

CORBYN BOOED AT AWARDS CEREMONY

Who knew there was even such a thing as the British Kebab Awards?  Well, it's a rather prestigious gathering, apparently.  Held on Tuesday night in London the event attracted a host of senior Labour politicians including Sadiq Khan, Jeremy Corbyn, Diane Abbott and Angela Rayner.  The awards were also founded by a Labour politician - current Mayor of Lambeth Ibrahim Dogus.  In the general election Dogus was parachuted into Leave-voting West Bromwich East as a replacement for the departing Tom Watson.  Dogus lost the seat and it went blue for the first time.  Labour's decision to replace remoaner Tom with another remoaner - all the way from London no less - didn't help the party.  It also emerged that Dogus prints an anti-Brexit message along the bottom of till receipts at his chain of kebab shops in London (see below).

Jeremy Corbyn was at the ceremony to present an award for the second year running.  He was given a mixed response on Tuesday night and boos could clearly be heard as he stepped up.  He didn't do himself any favours as he informed the audience that he was actually a vegetarian: "My test of a kebab restaurant, because of predilection not to eat meat is, sorry about this – I can’t ignore the truth that I am a vegetarian – is that, does it contain salad and do they have good falafels?"

Labour MPs for Swansea East (Carolyn Harris) and Brighton Kemptown (Lloyd Russell-Moyle) were also in attendance.  The latter appeared in a video alongside a very animated Angela Rayner, perhaps having taken full advantage of the refreshments available?

Kebab shops are rooted in Turkey and have been linked to a number of grooming gangs and serious sexual assaults around the country, including the murder of Charlene Downes in Blackpool.  Other cases include Portsmouth, Ramsgate and Manchester.

RUSSELL-WOTSIT IN TOO DEEP

Perhaps all the important hands were to the pump on Wednesday as Labour prepared to launch its communist manifesto.  How else to explain how the candidate for Brighton Kemptown was rolled out to talk about Labour's NHS conspiracy theory on the BBC's Politics Live.  "You've got no evidence" host Jo Coburn repeatedly told the hapless backbencher as he rattled off the usual Labour scare story about the NHS being sold off to the United States.

ROLF HARRIS LOOKALIKE ON THE LOOSE

Lloyd Russell-Mole is one of the daftest MPs currently sitting in Parliament, like a child desperate for attention.  Last year he grabbed the ceremonial mace, this year he launched himself across Bercow's lap when Parliament was prorogued.  It's as if the Monster Raving Loony Party got a candidate elected at the one millionth time of asking, but stuck a Labour rosette on him.  To be fair, the balloon head has wasted no time in getting down to business for the forthcoming election and had dozens of activists letter stuffing on Wednesday night.  If you turn the sound down on this video, all that's missing is a wobble board.  Can you tell who it is yet?

Mole was among the same 2017 crop of candidates as the disastrous Fiona Onasanya and Jared O'Mara, perhaps he too wasn't expected to win.  Except he did.  It was an impressive win in fact and he currently sits on a majority of almost 10,000 having taken Brighton Kemptown from the Tories last time round.  However, he could be in trouble come December 12th.  Here's why.

He achieved his impressive 2017 victory on a ballot paper featuring a narrow field of just Lib-Lab-Con candidates.  UKIP had stood here for years, as had the Greens.  UKIP polled at almost 10 per cent in 2015 and despite its liberal reputation, Kemptown was not exactly a landslide for Remain in 2016.  So what happened to all those UKIP voters?  Well, they didn't flock to the Tories in 2017.  They shifted over to Labour (as did the Greens).

This brings about a curious situation.  While all the focus of the proposed (and desperately needed) 'Leave Alliance' is on Brexit Party/Tory candidates standing aside for each other, this seat could actually benefit from both parties fielding candidates.  If the Brexit Party can swipe those former UKIP voters back from Labour and the Tory vote holds up, who knows?  The Greens have already selected a candidate so it is likely the ballot paper will return to a full field as it was pre-Russell-Mole.  The Lib Dems are also on the rise again following their coalition slump of 2015 and could possibly take a few Remain votes from Labour.  Definitely one to watch...

Some Labour MPs spent the first day of prorogation hanging around the Commons like a bunch of bored schoolchildren in the summer holidays.  Rather than return to their constituencies and do some proper work these sulky brats tweeted pictures of themselves skulking around Parliament.  They are handsomely paid to be MPs and their jobs entail much more than just attending Parliament, but here they are taking selfies to presumably score some cheap political points.  Furthermore, they could have been actively campaigning for their re-election right now if it weren't for their own cowardice.

Around 30 MPs also gathered outside Parliament and addressed reporters, including Labour's Hilary Benn, Bambos Charalambous, Neil Coyle, Stephen Doughty, Rosie Duffield, Ian Murray, Stephen Pound and Rachel Reeves.  Change UK's Mike Gapes also spoke, as did Luciana Berger who has this year served alongside Mike as both a Labour and Change MP, but is now a Lib Dem.  Speaking of which, Chuka was there too!

Meanwhile, another bunch of losers travelled to Brussels at the invitation of Labour MEPs, primarily their odious leader Richard Corbett.  Clive Lewis, Rachael Maskell, Chi Onwurah, Lloyd Russell-Wotsit and Alex Sobel were among the honoured guests.  Bet their constituents were well impressed with this use of their time - visiting an institution that will soon become irrelevant.

WOTSIT TRIGGERED

A Labour MP has been triggered by a prospective Brexit Party candidate 40 miles from his own constituency.  Lloyd Russell-Moyle (Brighton Kemptown) is upset that a former Labour councillor has been selected to contest the Hastings & Rye constituency at the next general election.  Tom Bewick served on Brighton and Hove City Council between 2015 and 2019 before standing down and quitting the party in protest at Labour's Brexit ambiguity.  Russell-Wotsit slammed Mr Bewick's candidature.

"He tried to stand against me in the selection for candidates in Kemptown.  He thought Kemptown wanted Brexit.  Tom, of course, ended up falling out with Labour because his views were at odds with the party.  He ran the Vote Leave campaign in Brighton and Hove.  I am sure the fine voters of Sussex will reject the Brexit Party’s nasty right-wing views.”

Lloyd-Russell Moyle (Lab, Brighton Kemptown)

It's highly doubtful that Mr Bewick thought Kemptown "wanted Brexit" seeing as that constituency returned a 56% Remain vote in 2016, perhaps that is why he is standing in Hastings and Rye where voters returned a 56% Leave vote.  Quite why Russell-Moyle is on his high horse about a candidate standing on the other side of East Sussex is anyone's guess, but if he had an ounce of foresight he should actually be encouraging the Brexit Party in its decision to target the seat.  Why?  Because the presence of a Brexit Party candidate would almost certainly deliver the seat to Labour.

Hastings and Rye is Amber Rudd's constituency, but she has one of the narrowest majorities in the country at just 346 votes.  By targeting Remainer Rudd the Brexit Party would wipe out that slender majority and hand the seat to Labour on a plate, a fact that is not lost on Mr Bewick himself who said: "I don’t approach my politics in terms of fearing a certain result, I approach it with what I want to do".

There really ought to be more co-operation between the Tories and the Brexit Party in any elections that take place before November, assuming we leave the EU at Halloween.  The lack of a Brexit Party deal has already cost the Tories a seat in Parliament thanks to the Brecon by-election.  If the UK leaves in October then the Brexit Party will probably all but disappear from British politics, but it would be vital in defeating Labour if a snap election were to be called before then.  A 'Brexit Alliance' would be a powerful defence to counter the 'Remain Alliance' that succeeded in Brecon.

It's imperative that these parties put the country first, rather than risk a Labour/SNP coalition government that would tear our country apart.

WOTSIT FLAPS OVER WILLIAMSON

Bumbling backbench Labour MP Lloyd Russell-Moyle was torn to shreds by the Beeb's Emma Barnett today on Radio 5 Live.  Russell-Wotsit flip-flopped on the issue of Chris Williamson in the space of three minutes and must be hoping that the Great Leader did not tune in to this embarrassing interview...

This is not the first time Russell-Wotsit has been coerced into a humiliating u-turn recently.  He was forced to cancel his invitation to Parliament of a Houthi Islamist spokesman last month.  A Corbyn loyalist, Russell-Wotsit was probably trying to replicate the Great Leader's many past exploits of inviting terrorists to Parliament.  The great irony of his invite was apparently lost on most media outlets - a gay man inviting a committed Islamist to Parliament?  It's turkeys voting for Christmas yet again.

LABOUR'S LGBT-MUSLIM HEADACHE

We've blogged about this forthcoming quandary and 'clash of civilisations' countless times, so it is rather entertaining to watch Labour tear itself apart as it tries desperately to equate its position as both a party for Islamists and the party of equality and LGBT.  When the Birmingham school protests began the Labour party predictably ran a mile and ignored it at all costs.  When the protests spread it became harder for them to brush it under the carpet and two Birmingham MPs came face to face with the protesters, each falling on different sides of the fence.

Loudmouth fake feminist Jess Phillips (Birmingham Yardley) got herself into a pickle as she tried to comprehend the clash happening before her eyes.  Bless.  Roger Godsiff (Birmingham Hall Green) had less difficulty finding a way through the mire and came out for the Muslims.  This did not fare well with the progressive left, exemplified by teary Angela Eagle in the Commons yesterday (see video below).

Watch out for the very rude (but predictable) Jess Phillips intervention - she just can't help herself - plus Eagle turning directly towards Godsiff and mocking his views on the issue, much to the amusement of the LGBT mob surrounding her - Peter Kyle, Stephen Doughty, Lloyd Russell-Wotsit and Chris Underpants Bryant.  Ironically this was almost like playground bullying, except the victim was an old man.  Quite extraordinary, and we thought Labour were split on Brexit!

The problem with Eagle's position is that while she is talking about discrimination against the LGBT community in schools, the issue at hand concerns five-year-olds.  Five-year-olds are neither gay or straight, they are small children with no interest in sexual relationships.

Several leading Labour lights attended the Palestinian demo in London on Saturday.  Diane Abbott, Lloyd Russell-Wotsit and Dickie Burgon were all there, the latter sending out a series of tweets to virtue signal to his Muslim constituents.  Sadly, for hapless Dick, he used the wrong flag to sign off...

OPEN DOOR MIGRATION BETRAYS OUR WORKERS

A pretty decisive statement, but then the same section of the manifesto begins with the words "Labour accepts the referendum result".  Labour MPs and party activists know that manifestos are worthless in the current climate and therefore subject to change.  They are determined to ensure that Labour does not participate in an end to freedom of movement.  Labour activist Ana Oppenheim wrote recently that party members were "shocked" when the party said it would not be altering its migration pledge going into Brexit talks with May.  This says as much about her attitude to honouring the party manifesto as it does about Labour's attitude to migration.

Oppenheim suggests that plenty of party activists "struggled to accept" the manifesto pledge and to honour it would be an "unpleasant surprise".  Therein lies the biggest problem with UK politics right now.  Neither of our two main parties are honouring their manifestos and the contempt shown for them filters down to the grassroots.  If snowflakes like Oppenheim don't like a party policy they are now under the impression they can stamp their feet and reverse it.  Of course manifesto pledges have been selectively adhered to as long as Parliaments have stood, but the openly contemptuous betrayal currently being enacted has unravelled our democracy in an unprecedented way.  If the Leave mandate can be overturned, reversed, revoked or just ignored, then nothing anyone says in politics from here on in means anything.

One of the arguments deployed by activists and their MPs is that to end freedom of movement is somehow a 'betrayal' of the working class.  They say that migrants are working class, too.  This is a dreadful cop-out and ignores several key factors.  While no-one can blame the Polish plumbers and Slovak slaughtermen for wanting to better themselves by upping sticks to come and exploit the UK labour market, by comparison our own working classes do not have the same opportunities available to them.  They do not have the same level of social mobility or language skills that mainland Europeans have, nor are the employment prospects in those countries anything to strive for.  EU migrants continue to flock to Britain for a reason.

Since 2004 our own working classes have seen jobs dry up, wages stagnate and their communities suffer.  In places like Lincolnshire resentment has grown towards the newcomers.  The foreigners may well be workers too, but the key difference is they are now seen as having most of the jobs.  Brits are surplus to requirements, so to speak.  It's no wonder that Lincolnshire returned the biggest Leave votes in the country, followed by neighbouring counties similarly affected by EU migration.  British people have been dumped on the employment scrapheap, no wonder the primary factor motivating the Leave vote in these areas was freedom of movement.

The biggest betrayal of the working class would be for Labour to entertain people like Oppenheim and reverse its pledge.  Labour would do well to remember that the overwhelming majority of working class people who voted Leave in 2016 vote for their party, like generations of their families before them did.

Of course this support appears to have been taken for granted by many Labour MPs, in particular those who are currently actively working to overturn the referendum result while representing areas of high Leave support (Yvette Cooper, Jess Phillips and Tom Watson to name a few).  Other MPs are also undermining their working class voters by advocating that migrants, regardless of status, should be given the right to vote.  The "Let Us Vote" campaign is backed by Labour MPs including Clive Lewis, Dave Lammy and Lloyd Russell-Moyle.  To these MPs - and the thousands of party activists who support open door migration - it's a no brainer.  Such a move could unlock millions of votes and where would those votes go?  They would undoubtedly go to a pro-migrant party ie. Labour.

More votes for Labour means more power for Labour to enact their aim of almost totally abolishing our borders.  Who then floods in, but more people thankful for the invite and prepared to vote Labour in return.  Who can forget Diane Abbott's infamous tweet in 2015, questioning the then party manifesto pledge...

Ana Oppenheim, the open borders advocate who refuses to accept Labour's last manifesto migration commitment, is also a supporter of "Let Us Vote".  Her sentiment is shared by a Labour-supporting journalist called Andrea Carlo, who recently dismissed suggestions that mass migration undercuts the wages of British workers as a "tired argument".  Both of them are themselves migrants.  Both argue that migrants are working class too.  Yet neither of them are working class and neither shares in the experience of what it is to be British and working class.  Both are upwardly mobile, speak multiple languages and their voice can reach out to thousands.

It's a similar story for Labour MPs.  While they dictate to the workers what's good for them, they themselves are increasingly being drawn from an establishment elite.  They are career politicians (like Yvette Cooper), they are bankers (like Rachel Reeves) and they are solicitors (like Fiona Onasanya).  The gulf between the working classes and their politicians has never been greater.  And yet the power can still reside with the people.  These disgraceful MPs were voted in, they can be voted out.

Labour has turned its back on British workers, therefore it is imperative that workers turn their backs on Labour.  If they don't, they increase the likelihood of uncontrolled migration to continue indefinitely.

LABOUR OF LOVE FOR LULA

Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (a bit of a mouthful) is better known as 'Lula' and is adored by the left.  He was the 35th President of Brazil and served two terms before leaving office in 2010.  Last October the youth wing of UK Labour made him their honorary president.  Nothing wrong with that, you might think, except that Lula has been in prison since last April on multiple corruption charges totaling 12 years.

This week a number of senior Labour figures signed a letter labeling Lula a 'political prisoner' and calling for his release.  The letter suggests that the current President of Brazil - nationalist Jair Bolsonaro - is somehow responsible for Lula's incarceration.  However, Bolsonaro only took office this year, long after Lula's conviction and appeals were done and dusted.  The letter also suggests democracy is somehow under threat in Brazil, which at the time of writing appears to be working just fine, with one less corrupt Latin American politician involved in the process!

It's a disturbing indictment on Corbyn's Labour when it is seen to support the freedom of convicted criminals, as long as they are from the left.  Just another reason why the mere suggestion of a Corbyn government should send shivers down the spines of every right-thinking person in the land.

Asides from their politics, Lula has something else in common with Jeremy Corbyn.  They are both supporters of Julian Assange, along with a host of international left-wing politicians and luvvies, not forgetting the Russian government.  While Assange may have exposed some pretty sinister and nasty stuff over the years, take one look at the type of people sticking up for him and you'll soon come to the conclusion that he is no friend of ours.
