A single boatload of 32 colonists was picked up in the Channel last week and brought to the British mainland. It was the first arrival in two weeks as the UK continues to face a blast of wintry weather.
Migration Watch reports that the grand total of arrivals for last year was 41,472. This is lower than the previous record of 45,722, which was clocked up in the Boriswave year of 2022. The shared Con-Lab year of 2024 remains third on the list with 36,816.
How will 2026 stack up? We know one thing for certain - the boats are going to keep on coming.
Total = 32 (up 32 from previous week)
