A whopping twelve day lull came to a dramatic end on Friday as six boats brought over almost 400 colonists. The sudden explosion of crossings continued on Saturday with almost 300 more collected by Border Farce vessels. The total figure for the year is likely to surpass 8,000 by the end of May.
The recent lull means that 2026 has lost ground with the bumper years and is now tracking alongside 2023, which ended up bringing in almost 30,000 colonists. It's still early days, but one thing we know for sure - Labour's claims about migration being significantly 'down' is a lie. Their figures are based on net migration, which also takes into account those leaving the UK. Worryingly, it means that a lot of people are leaving and if there's one thing the state has repeatedly used to justify mass immigration, it's a shortage of people and labour...
Total = 681
