ANDREW NEIL VS ABSENT CANDIDATE

In the early hours of yesterday morning Andrew Neil was covering the Newport West by-election and interviewed representatives from Plaid Cymru and the Lib Dems.  This led to an excruciating exchange in which the Lib Dem spokesman was asked to explain why their candidate wasn't even at the count!  Watch the full interview below.
